We had such a great time with Gilles. He showed us local fruits and vegetables at the local market, took us to amazing bakery and charcuterie shops where we got more supplies for our afternoon of cooking. After a trip to a local winery we went back to his lovely home and spent the day cooking with the ingredients we had just picked out. It was such a wonderful experience, he was very friendly and easy to talk with and learn from. I would do it again, the food was amazing.
