Em (owner/operator) was great. Our family has mixed experience - 16yo daughter very experienced down to me who had never climbed plus two mid level climbers. He managed us all on different levels extending and encouraging each of us to our best level. The equipment and shop are really nice - very high quality, very new. Em has helped us plan some further climb days to customise our experience. Super happy!!!

If you hesitate to sign for the DWS tour, seriously, don't! We were a group of six people and we all enjoy ourselves above expectations! The guide provided us great climbing advice but was also really funny. At the end of a climb (or in the middle if your arms don't make it), the rush of adrenaline from the jump is awesome ;) Definitely a must do at railey, tonsai !
