When my wife and I visited Ushuaia, one of the first stops we made was to this Tourist Center. While the center is not very large, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The center provides clean restrooms, seating as well as a variety of complimentary brochures and maps. Even more appreciated was a complimentary stamp to our passports along with a complimentary signed certificate confirming our visit to the bottom tip of Argentina! This Tourist Center is a great starting point for any first visit to Ushuaia as it provides a wealth of information that will enhance the journey around this beautiful city.

Built in 1946, this cathedral and its beautiful stained-glass windows are among the most moving sights of San Carlos de Bariloche.
We visit Houses of Worship as we travel internationally. And we recommend a visit toCatedral de San Carlos de Bariloche.

Excellent museum within walking distance of the port. Beautifu historic building, with excellent sea displays. the building is just beautiful, with narrow doorways, a fantastic staircase, and lovely floors. The man in the booth was very welcoming and we had to write where we were from in the visitors book, but the visit was free. Well worth the short walk from the port if you visit Puerto Madryn

Spent a pleasant Saturday travelling from Esquel on return journey. Although commentary was in Spanish the hostess provided us with an informative short audio guide in English and checked we were OK a number of times during the journey. Get to the station early and walk over to the engine shed and watch the engine being prepared -photos without the crowds too! No problem climbing into engine for photos either. Very helpful pleasant crew. At turnaround station we went into the dining car and shared an excellent toasted sandwich and homemade lemon pie served by a charming young lady. Delicious. A really good excursion.

I thought this was going to be cheesy but turned out to be a lot of fun and educational. You can step in to a lot of the exhibits and get some fun photos. We were a bit rushed to try to get through all of the presentations but you could easily spend 1.5 to 2 hours here.

This Museum is important because some pieces of history can be seen- There are some military uniforms , some photographs . Animals of the fauna are embalmed , and something of the flora Don´t miss is not so big but value to have an idea about the nature surrounding the National Park
