I booked my husband and I in for a full body massage in the couples room. We were early, so had time in the relaxation room which is lovely - soft lighting, comfortable beds and cosy blankets, my husband dosed off! We were taken through to the couples suite - again soft lighting, very comfortable heated beds and relaxing music. Our therapists were Demi and June-Marie. We've been for a lot of massages and I can honestly say this was probably the best massage I've had. I fell asleep, something I rarely do - it was so relaxing. My husband also was very impressed with his massage. I would highly recommend the massage and can't wait to go back to try other treatments. This would be a fab Christmas or birthday present.

Newry Cathedral

I found myself with an hour to spare in Newry and decided to visit the nearest church to light a candle . I happened on the Cathedral and was totally spellbound by the size and magnificence of the building. . The intricate mosaic tile patterns that adorn the walls , columns and floor are stunning ... the mosaics of the saints are lovely. The altar and stained glass windows behind it at the end of the central aisle are a fitting focal point in the church. A visit to this peaceful ornate church is definitely worthwhile.
