We are Lake Norman's "Race City's" first "Escape Room Experience". Don't know what an "Escape Room is"? Let us explain. In a nutshell you, and up to 10 people are put in a room. Your task is to find clues, solve puzzles to ultimately figure out how to "Escape the Room". Inside you may find various types of locks, puzzle boxes, cryptograms, cryptic clues, and other brain teasers that all must be figured out so that you can escape in time. Time? Yes, that's right you only have 60 minutes to accomplish this. Oh, and don't worry you aren't "Locked" in the room. You can leave at any time for any reason. Just remember.... The clock keeps ticking!!
They do an amazing job! Best Escape Room company I've been to. The owners obviously care so much about what they do. My kids and I had a great time.

My dad and I came here on a tuesday to check out the shop, come to find out they do shop tours on certain days. The retail shop worker told us about the tour on wednesday (Sept 18th 2019). You have to talk with the lady at the front desk to setup your tour time. You are not allowed to take pictures at all. I was a little bummed, but I can respect that. The tour is free for the public. Before my dad and I went on our tour, we were sitting in the front lobby waiting for our tour to start. Kelley Earnhardt had came out to meet up with some guest waiting for her and along came with her, was her dog. As i was petting/playing with her dog we, had a short conversation. It was awesome to meet her!

The Pit Indoor Kart Racing is one of North Carolina’s premier entertainment destinations. Located just 30 minutes north of downtown Charlotte, we offer over 140,000sq-ft of fun! Because we’re indoors, weather is never a problem! We provide excitement for any age group and events including birthday parties, group events, and corporate events. Besides hi-speed go kart racing, we have over 40 arcade games, 4 pool tables, a 3,600sq-ft laser tag arena, and more!
We had a great time doing the escape room and lazer tag! Emerald and Haley were super helpful and great with a group of rowdy 9 year olds. Our son had the best birthday yet! Highly recommended.

We go weekly on Saturday am for the veterans jam... from 8:30 to after noon a dozen or so, volunteer vet musicians play and sing. Its open mic.. so the quality varies. Lots of enthusiasm in audience. Breakfast is low priced, basic and good... eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches. The staff and cooks are volunteers. There is warm hospitality to all who come. New vet attendees "sign in" and are greeted with a bell ringing. About 10 AM is a 50/50 raffle, pledge of allegiance and announcements of events that honor vets. There is a military museum of donated objects and a gift shop. All ages are welcome.
