We visited this winery on our Gusto Wine Tour! This is a beautiful family run winery with excellent wines. They were very creative in coming up with unique art for their used wine barrels. We had lunch there which was superb! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We are now enjoying a bottle of their le tese (Umbria Bianca) at home.

Wow! After you visit Paolo and his winery, you will leave feeling like family. They take such pride in their work and treat every guest with respect and great care. We visited Paolo just after quarantine ended in Italy. We arranged a tasting and lunch to take away. They organized the entire lunch and had it well packaged when we arrived. They also created a separate menu for a vegetarian couple in the group. We had such a wonderful experience that We will be back this fall (and hopefully many times after that) Everything from the home-cooked meal by his mother, the wine and the olive oil were fantastic and high quality. Thank you Paolo and family. A presto.

Our winery was realized only in 2011 after 60 years of wine growing expertise, the family has specialized in agriculture since 1800 and owns a total of 170 hectares of land. Three generations of the Bartoloni family have contributed to the construction of the winery; grandfather Paolo who has dedicated his life to agriculture and moreover has always specialised in vine growing; his son Giovanni who had the courage to believe in the investment necessary to realise one of the most modern wineries in the area; and grandson Paolo who with his degree in agricultural studies will dedicate the rest of his life to wine production.

Brunozzi is a small, family-run wine-growing and producing business located 1.5 kilometres south of Montefalco in ColleArfuso, a centuries-old rural village. We have eight hectares of land, two of which are planted with DOC and DOCG Montefalco vines and three of which with PDO Umbria olive trees. The winery is found next to the vineyards and is set up in a renovated cottage that has belonged to our family since the early twentieth century. The exceptional quality of our grapes is guaranteed by our vineyards' SOUTH WEST exposure, their clayey, marly soil and our environmentally sensitive approach to cultivation. All production phases are carried out manually, from the harvest to bottling, with full respect for tradition while using modern technology. We are focused on customers who appreciate the typicality and quality of our products. “Opening a bottle of Sagrantino, one experiences the fragrance of the territory, being transported there, for an instant, in body and mind”
