The island community of Marathon in the Florida Keys is a tropical getaway for your whole family. It maintains a retro, nautical atmosphere with family-friendly festivals and attractions. Activities include dolphin swims, snorkeling, and boating. Seafood festivals are scheduled throughout the year, and plenty of local restaurants feature fresh catches. Fishing is ideal off the pristine Sombrero Beach. Visit Crane Point to hike to the preserved home of a 20th century settler family.

Great little gem in Marathon! We wish we would've found it sooner! There's a coffee shop upstairs with a great selection - we had a latte with almond milk and cold brew coffee. They offer several different artistic activities that seem great for both adults and children! Everyone was so friendly. We'll be sure to come back on our next trip!

At Shakti School of Yoga our mission is to optimize the quality of life of the individual as well as the community. Offering Flow, Yin, Beginner, and Hot yoga classes daily, we encourage you to watch your practice unfold in a playfully uplifting and supportive community.
Amanda's 200 hour YTT was an unforgettable experience. Not only am I now a certified yoga teacher but she deepened my understanding of self, expanded my world view, and gave me the skills needed to use yoga as a tool for creating change. It was great being able to complete the training based on my personal schedule and Amanda was always understanding if conflicts were to arise last minute. The knowledge I gained from A will stick with me for a very long time and I thank her for that!

So incredibly helpful in what to do, when to go, maps, directions, coupons for many things, etc. The lovely lady from Yazoo, MS was so helpful to Dad and me on a tour for us along with a discount coupon for admission to the Hammock we toured. She recommended the perfect tour for us, place for dinner and also a happy hour spot. Best place to get the scoop on what to see in the area

We had an amazing time here! Such a special educational experience, and great opportunities to see the turtles, both permanent residents and ones that are being rehabilitated. It really puts pollution and our affect on the environment in perspective. Carey was a great guide!

They have a unique collection of aviation memorabilia and a few small aircraft. Ed was the volunteer on duty for our visit and his enthusiasm was contagious. The museum is free (donations appreciated).
