Both welcome centers are open seven days a week. The centers are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Beautiful facility and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone visiting Gulf Shores to stop by the Gulf Shores Welcome Center and pick up brochures on local attractions, restaurants and lodging. Their friendly staff will be more than happy to accommodate your travel needs!!

My Wife and I were vacationing with our Family in Orange Beach and decided to take a day for ourselves which included massages at Austin Massage. We chose a couples massage, my Wife had Michael and I had Heather as our masseuses. Our experiences were nothing less that stellar! My Wife is a Chef and spends 14+ hours a day on her feet with repetitive motion while I am in survey and heavy construction in harsh environments with a heavy driving schedule. I also have shoulder impingement issues. On our first visit Heather was able to reduce the pain and increase mobility in my shoulder and Micheal reduced the shoulder and back pain that my Wife experiences. Our first visit was so good that we scheduled another visit later in the week. The second visit was even better than the first! I have a better range of motion with less pain in my shoulder than I've had in years! I highly recommend that you visit Austin Massage when you are in the area. We will definitely return as soon as our schedules allow.

Come enjoy your massage vacation where every massage is tailored to meet your individual needs.
This is my families first trip to Gulf Shores and definitely will not be our last. We have found our new beach destination. Due to the uncomfortable bed in our condo, I was desperate for a massage. When I called I got the answering machine and left a message. I received a call back within an hour and was able to schedule a 90 minute massage with Joyce the same day. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was really great at working the tightness out of my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be back to see her each visit. The business was very, very clean and checking temps for covid screening. I highly recommend!!!

I love this shop! Tara is amazing. I’ve purchased two previous pieces and this year while visiting Gulf Shores I forgot my favorite necklace. We were having photos taken on the beach so I reached out to Tara and she helped me come up with another amazing piece. I recommend her to other fellow visitors.

Best for truffles, hand poured candies, barks, and fudges. They do offer ice creams as well, but as another review mentions they are Blue Bell (which is a southern thing- and a tasty one) and they do creations w/it. However, I don’t think I’ve cream is the main focus. These chocolate caramel covered pecans AMAZING. Chocolate peanut butter fudge was as good or better than what we usually get in the Smokey Mountains. Very delicious! Truffles. Fantastic!

There is no competition for Rouses in Lower Alabama. They have a huge selection of produce, seafood and meat, with all the dry goods you would expect of a first class grocery store They are attentive to the issue of Covid-19, and their staff is consistently helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Their prepared food is really good, and if you want to splurge, their dry aged beef, done in the store, is exceptional. They also have an enormous wine and beer selection to quench your thirst:-)
