My wife and I book a round trip to New York with Regency transportation last week. We had to do the trip in 1 day and it was excellent. From the time of booking all the way thru return home everybody in the company was extremely professional and accommodating. Our chauffeur, Larry Parker, is a professional , courteous person who made out trip a very enjoyable experience. Darryl picked me up at PHL airport and drove me to Hersheys Mill. The Suburban was clean outside and in and did not smell of smoke. He handled my luggage and handed me a water. We had a nice chat on the way home, and he was a very very safe driver. I love the convenience of knowing someone is waiting for me at the airport and I recognize the driver because of the professional emails telling me who is coming, with a picture of the driver. This would be very comforting for young women traveling alone in particular. You can depend on them to be there for you.
