A new and innovative experience, a multimedia and multisensory tour which takes you on a five senses journey to discover our vision, wine territories and winemaking methods in an educational and fun way. Here you can learn about Italian wine while playing on one of our interactive touch screens and sensory stations. At the end of the tour you will have the chance to taste a premium selection of Italian wine with one of our AIS Sommelier.
Mondodelvino in the delightful village of Priocca proved to be a wonderful place to learn about wine; to taste and buy some of Italy's best! The tasting was enhanced by the friendly staff while the selection of wines from across Italy offered proof of this company's great and growing world-wide reputation as a purveyor of the wines that have no equal. The videos, displays and interactive features enhanced the total experience. We stocked up on pastas, antipastos and award-winning still and sparkling wines at prices that would leave family and friends in Canada green with envy. Fortunately for some of them, they will enjoy the result of our delightful visit when we return home!

This tour goes well beyond your truffle on the plate and will lead you into the beautiful countryside of Roddi together with a dog graduated from the Truffle University.
