I prebooked a room for 12 hours through a hotel booking site. The check in was very smooth. The room was very basic, but clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. It was a nice surprise that dinner and breakfast were included in the lounge area. The food there was below average, the best food was fresh fruits and packed yoghurt. However, I did appreciate the service. I think some alcohol and soft drinks were included, however, as there was no information around drinks and the staff could not be bothered to offer, and I was just happy with the hot beverage they offered, I am not certain. Given there was a bit of process to enter Malaysia, I chose to stay here this time, if things go back to normal post COVID, I would clear immigration and customs to get a room at decent hotel, accommodation is pretty reasonable in Malaysia and you would get something better at same/similar rate.

Reviewed By jokl78This hotel is very close to all the seafood restaurants. You can even walk if you want to. Less than 1km distance. Room was ok. Bed very soft but not bed sheet not very clean even after washed. Our room facing main road. Super noisy. Poor sound insulation. Other than that it was worth the stay. Good customer service.

Reviewed By liamdillonI had an excellent experience here. I had made a booking and screwed the timezone up, arriving a day later than I'd made my reservation. The guy on front desk was extremely helpful and provided me a room without any extra charge or fuss. I'm really grateful to him for doing that - it was a gesture which was all the more appreciated after a 21 hour trip (thank you!). I checked in, got some sleep in the comfy bed & room, took a shower, and got on my way. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through. Highly recommended.

NOT HELPFUL/MISLEADING ROOM INFO IN HOTEL BOOKING
Reviewed By Danielle LDisappointment We book this hotel for one night stay on 23/5 from booking.com It is clearly stated that the room booked is with SEA VIEW but when we checked in the hotel management said that the booking were incorrect. The hotel management stated that it was the wrong information given by “ booking.com “ and they are not responsible for it ! And we were given a room WITHOUT WINDOW . Nevertheless the room were small, no kettle. In addition when we reached, the lift is not working. This is crucial as I brought a 80+ years old with me and it was my criteria to look for a hotel with lift. Given all the above, I felt cheated and was totally unfair to me. And yet the managements of the hotel wouldn’t do or offer anything to us.

It is a basic facilities you should provide even the budget hotel also have tv channel what .. They didn't inform earlier that there is no tv channel .. The clealiness of the room also bad.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Kami berasa amat kesal kerana pembayaran telah dibuat secara online.Tetapi tidak dimaklumkan pembatalan melalui e-mail oleh pihak hotel tersebut dan Booking .com

Reviewed By jeminangmaraI stayed here for a night and was given a room on the 2nd floor (2012). Love the interior deco eventhough no window for this room. Felt so cozy but unfortunately the wifi was very slow. I had to go to the lobby to get a good connection. Overall, it was a pleasent stay.
