Perfect cozy hotel
Reviewed By Wes DStayed here for a couple nights and was very impressed. Rooms were a little on the small side, but were quite modern and the staff was friendly and helpful. It has an amazing view of the church and square, and is conveniently located for the many things to see in Halle. Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed By 658essajThe receptionist refused to deal with us and refused to give us a room at first, arguing that the hotel was full, but on booking.com website there were vacant rooms, after that we booked online, they had no knowledge of dealing with guests. They refused any request made by hotel guests in a very bad way. They are very racist, treat guests with dignity, are unworthy of the hospitality sector, and have no experience in the hotel sector. I don’t recommend anyone to stay T this hotel They are terrible bad attitude with the hotel guest

Reviewed By TomOpoVery close to the central square if offers the authentic feel of a medieval house with some modern touches: two garages for bikers in the backyard, common rooms and kitchens with fridges on the 2nd and 3d floors. Nice breakfast, extremely friendly staff!

Reviewed By Soenke BVery modern ambient, nuce bath room, internet just works and it is fast. I statey here to freelance in the just opposite hospital. Friendly crew. Comfy bed and A/C. Quiet environment. I did not check out the dinner restaurant, but it looks also good.

Reviewed By 969christianVores tur til Wernigerode i 2020 kunne desværre ikke gennemføres pga. rejserestriktioner, så vi fik af flere omgange ombooket opholdet, før det måtte aflyses helt i 2021. Selvom sidste frist for afbestilling forlængst var overskredet, anullerede Traumschloss reservationen uden omkostninger. God service! Jeg ser frem til at besøge Traumschloss når situationen igen tillader det.

Reviewed By 393matildagWe came here only for the cafè and restaurant. Here we had the best coffee we have ever tasted. Seriously! One of the chef came to our table to give us more details when our compliments reached him. The beans came from a small local roastery in south Magdeburg. And then they grind the beans just before brewing it for you at the hotel. With their offering off locally fresh bio milk it is a beautiful coffee experience! Also beautiful espresso. They serve breakfast and sweets, beautifully home baked cakes with a big variety to choose from. Both of the ones we tried was really good. The ice cream is also really nice, many different options to choose from. Strawberry flavor was a dream! Wow! Really lovely staff. So nice and cozy atmosphere to sit outside. It’s located by the river. Easy to reach by walking or taking the tram.

Bad service
Reviewed By Liza7006We booked a room on the website of booking. We got a mail around 8.40 that we were expected at the hotel before 9. We were at the hotel at 8.50. Eveything was dark, no cars were parked, there was a signe that the hotel was closed. We searched another hotel in the neighbourhoud, cancelled the reservation because it was obviously a mistake on the website. We got a mail that the money would not be returned? Next day we went to the hotel. They insured us that they didn't get the money and we should call booking for the money. So we did, booking called to te the hotel. But the hotel changed its mind, and wouldn't gave the money back.

Nice stay
Reviewed By Fielina1234We stayed in two rooms in the house opposite to the actual Rautenkranz. The rooms were clean and spacious and peaceful. Good storage facilities for the bicycles. Service OK, but a bit impersonal. Good breakfast, if you are into cheeses and sausages.

Reviewed By Siro63Cortesia e familiarità dello staff. Camera spaziosa semplice ma ottima per chi viaggia. Letto "fantastico". La wi-Fi non l'ho utilizzata solo perchè il 4G era ottimo. Colazione ottima. Una solo neo rimediabile, la luce sulla scrivania assente, aiuterebbe chi viaggia per lavoro.
