Rooms not clean and with terms and conditions
Reviewed By Sandeepmakhija518I recently visited this hotel. The rooms were not very clean. The check out time in all hotels is 12.00 but at 11.30 am the AC was switched off from the reception and when I called them to ask they told me that in all rooms half and hour before the checkout time, they switch off the AC’s. This was a big surprise for me as I haven’t seen such conditions in any of the hotels. Even the staff at front desk told me that they do it for all the rooms.

Bad maintenance; Good location
Reviewed By dropathStayed for two nights in the first week of this month, as two families occupying two rooms. The best part of the hotel is its location. It is walkable distance to the Golden Temple, Jallianwalah Bagh, etc. Food provided was also good. The bad things: Rooms are poorly maintained. There was a leech in our bathroom, and a millipede under the bed in the other room that my brother's family stayed in. The entire hotel, right from the reception lobby has a damp mossy smell. There was no AC remote in our room, and the TV remote in the other room did not work, and the management took well over an hour to sort these out. There is no parking facility as advertised by the hotel on some booking websites. The road on which it is located is narrow. You cannot even stop your vehicle for a few seconds, since it will cause a jam. Keep this in mind before opting for this hotel.

Reviewed By nrenterpriseIt's basically a lodge where you have to carry your own language and tolerate rough behaviour of the staff.. terrible hotel avoid at any cost.. dirty rooms and filthy washrooms.. and barking dogs are cherry on top The only pro we found was that it is very near to golden temple Other than that plz avoid if you need peaceful holidays ☺️ Staff didn't even got up to help with our 4 bags of luggage when we came late night and same happened when we checked out.. terrible staff behaviour and terrible hotel

Nice hotel near Golden temple
Reviewed By Ronak BGolden temple is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. We stayed there for one night and overall the stay was good but the only problem with the hotel is they do not have proper ventilation in the room. For a short stay of day or two I would recommend this hotel being near by to all main attractions.
