Lovely place to stay if you have transportation. It's truly a hidden gem. Breakfast is included and it is a farm to table breakfast. Room is large with a lovely contemporary bathroom. Not close to public transportation.

We were emailed by the hotel that due to a Covid outbreak at the hotel we were being moved to another location for our one night stay before our flight home. We were exhausted after our flight from Sicily and took a taxi to the address given us. It was a restaurant with apartments above and closed. We called the hotel and someone came immediately on a motorcycle to let us in to a sparse but clean apartment. A coffee machine was in the shared kitchen outside our room and packaged croissants were provided for breakfast. The next morning the shuttle was supposed to pick us up but didn’t come. We called the hotel and the same person came in his car and drove us to the airport. Despite not being at the resort we are grateful to them for taking care of us. We’re not sure how many guests were affected by this Covid outbreak but these days travelers have to be flexible and ready for anything.

We really enjoyed our stay att this cute bed and breakfast. The rooms were big and clean, good ac! Tha garden and the pool was great! The breakfast was italian standard, and very nicely put together. The bed and breakfast was a little bit further away from anzio than we had expected, so I would recommend to rent a car to get around. Lucky for us, our hosts were super nice and drove us to anzio and back. I would really recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone wanting a relaxing time of!

We chose this hotel because we have family in Mentana with no space for visitors. We were impressed by the spacious room given to us, less so by the lack of the basics we have come to expect from hotel accommodation - no shampoo, conditioner etc. The staff were all very helpful especially Ingrid, the hotel manager, who resolved the problems we had quickly and efficiently. The breakfast waitresses also were friendly and helpful, though non English speakers, if that is important. Breakfast itself was adequate, though at times pastry items didn't appear particularly fresh. The main disadvantage to this hotel was that there was no bar and the one opposite the hotel closed by 8pm most evenings so that if we got back to hotel after that time we were restricted to sitting in our room with only water to drink. Tea making facilities would have been appreciated, though we are aware that is rare in Italy. Not a hotel suitable for a long stay, especially in winter.

We stayed one night here and enjoyed it very much. The suite really is luxurious and has everything one would need. There is even a small balcony inside the room where we stayed. The bed was more comfortable than any other bed during our 2 week trip. The breakfast of coffee and croissant was served at a nearby cafe overlooking the medieval section of town and was quite pleasant. There isn’t an elevator so it would be difficult for anyone with impaired mobility to access. We did have trouble finding the room, in part because there are no signs outside. Also we did not have European cell phone service and did not receive text messages from the proprietor before we arrived. We also did not speak Italian so communication was difficult. To find the suites, stand at the fountain of Nettuno facing the direction of the Valeri store. If you walk to the right of Valeri, you’ll see an arch straight ahead. The suites are in the building just to the right of the arch before you go through the arch. The suites are right on that corner. The Zero Miglia restaurant is in the same building just to the right of the suites. If you stand at the fountain and face the opposite direction, you’ll see a little flower kiosk. The man who owns it is very nice, speaks some English and is a friend of the suites’ owner. Overall, we were very impressed with the suite and with the responsiveness of the owner. We would recommend the Il Borgia Luxury Suites very highly.
