Really disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel looks fantastic online, however the reality is completely different. I stayed in a huge room and was looking forward to using the enormous whirlpool bath, however the bath had clearly not been deep cleaned in some time. When I turned on the jets, the water was dirty and the smell was horrendous and very off putting. I decided not to have a bath in the end, which made me feel quite dirty. Sadly it's a thumbs down ? from me.

We stayed here two nights. Although the hosts speak no English they went out of their way to be helpful and to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Breakfast is huge and of exceptional quality. Left-overs are saved for later in the fridge, or packed for you to take with you for lunch. There is a large common area where you can sit and watch TV, and you can also use the kitchen and fridge. The garden is large with facilities such as a table tennis table, BBQ facilities, a swinging bench and hammocks. The room was comfortable, though the bed was somewhat hard. The bathroom is adequate, water pressure can be a problem on the top floor, but it is easily solved by letting the tap run for a while first. It’s ideally positioned for a day trip visiting the painted monestries nearby.

Quietly located 900 meters from the entrance to Iasi and 7 km from the Palace of Culture, Complex Eos offers free Wi-Fi access and a seasonal outdoor pool with bar, with terrace and garden. Rooms have between 25-29sqm and feature garden or pool views, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, air conditioning and bathrooms with shower, hairdryers and free toiletries.
Deplorable! Hygiene is not good, when I entered, I was told a price, and when I asked to see the sunbeds before I paid, I was told that no one was going to wait for us. When I came back to pay, I was told another price, I paid 40 lei per person, and my friends, who arrived just one hour after me, were asked for 15 lei per person! When we wanted to eat, we sat at the restaurant and was told it was closed, even though there were people still eating. Then we talked to the manager and we were finally served. Also, the service is very poor and slow, waiters are unwilling and poorly informed. But above all, leadership is lamentable. The lady who is in charge of this place is incredibly rude, I can’t believe how someone can treat her customers this poorly. I am very disappointed. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!

After being in Bicaz we had to go 8 km. more in a mountain village and near the entrance of a beautiful forest lies this very cosy pension. Great welcome, spacious rooms with a nice balcony, on the simple style of the mountains. The food was ok, made freshly before us.

We’ve stayed in this hotel while volunteering on Romania/Ukraine border. This is the family own hotel and the hospitality was one of a kind! We really felt staying at home and became friends with this family. Very friendly, open-minded and always willing to help. The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are lots of things to do around. Ask Andrei (the owner) and he will be more than happy to assist. Although we weren’t on vacation and couldn’t fully explore the area, Andrei arranged us a half day trip around the place, so we could taste the area. Very recommended area for vacations! There is a restaurant on site (belongs to the family) and I recommend to try a variety of a very testy local food especially fresh and home made cheeses. They also produce amazing home made wine, palinka and different liquors. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so much peasant!

The hotel is recently renovated. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. From this area I think this is also one of the best places to eat. Also there is enough parking spots and the hotel is very close to The Mountain.

An unforgettable experience. Lia House is a museum house, well kept and maintained. Recently restored by Mrs. Veronica Moraru and Mr. Valeriu Moraru - professional owners and architects. The hosts are great people, very friendly and welcoming. They serve you with everything they have best, without paying. They recommend you to visit the most beautiful tourist routes in Bucovina. I recommend you visit Lia House.
