Non-smoker’s Paradise
Reviewed By Saul_TrueThis hotel is in a perfect location, only about 50 meters from the entrance to Greenbelt 5, which connects to the other Greenbelt malls and eventually Glorietta Mall. No kidding, there is an almost overwhelming selection of shopping and dining in there. Convenience stores are also close by. The area immediately around the hotel is clean, safe and free of the nasty traffic Manila is famous for. The room itself (8th floor) was fine. Clean, bright and well maintained. Admittedly, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, which I only discovered just before I left when doing a last-minute sweep of the room. No living creatures to speak of though. My sister’s room (7th floor) had no issues at all. Finally, your feelings on smoking may influence your decision to stay here. There is no smoking in the hotel, outside the hotel or outside any of the nearby buildings. The nearest legal smoking area is in a bamboo forest a good ten-minute walk away. If you want your partner to quit smoking, book this hotel for sure!

Disrespectful staff and dirty
Reviewed By Mariereyes2020Nothing to say, just dont stay here. ?♀️??♀️ When you are asking something from the staff it’s like you are a bother to them, the CR is smelly and no order inside the dorm. Cockroaches and rats are there passing just look at the picture. Wifi is not even working, the aircon is too hot not even reaching the midpart of the room. Just near BGC that’s the good thing in there. Disrespectful staff that’s all.

Reviewed By Krzysztof BI was looking for a hotel close to British embassy. I found this "hotel" on few websites. I booked it as it was fairly close. Turned up, this is not a hotel but private property! Not what i was expecting. Although the location is safe residential, its difficult to find. The rooms are fairly big, but very dusty and in need of proper cleaning. The staff are nice, the breakfast is reasonable. Overall stay was ok (luckily for 1 night only), but description was misguided.

Clean,New and Great Staff
Reviewed By kaw27Booked via Agoda, check in was a breeze. You will be asked for a P1,000 deposit. 10minute walk from Makati Cinema Square. Area was beside a wet market and school so expect a lot of people walking around. The room is small just enough for 2 persons. Towels and basic toiletries was provided. Tv, Aircon was good, also no problem with the water pressure and heater. What is lacking are clothes hanger and a cabinet for clothes. I kinda don’t understand why there is a big counter with sink and kitchen cabinets. When there is no hot kettle or utensils provided. But overall, had a good night sleep.

Reviewed By pkbrown123We are staying here and have stayed here before new building, staff very helpful, rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, with bedding that is crisp and clean, two pillows for each guest. They had created a king size bed by putting two twin beds together and placing a king size memory foam topper on the top very comfortable (big too). The television is new and with cable. Room comes with small but cold fridge, all very convenient. We love the shower with double shower heads one is the rain style. Upper floor water pressure not so strong.
