Friendly staff, noisy place
Reviewed By EgoetrexmeusThe hotel is new, the staff is friendly, rooms are adequate, but have zero soundproof. I was able to hear not just all the terrible highway-like noise coming from the little street this hotel overlooks, but also all the loud action that was happening in the room 3 rooms down the corridor in the middle of the night. Taking about that, in spite presenting itself as a tourist establishment, this hotel also rents the rooms by hours (witnessed a couple negotiating with the receptionist a 2-hour stay), so it explains a lot. Look for some better options!

Adorable guest house in the heart of Paracas!
Reviewed By Erin TIf you are traveling to Paracas for the evening, you should consider William’s property. First of all, he’s an amazing host. We knew beforehand that he did not speak much English but had no problem communicating through What’s App and our broken Spanglish. What a friendly guy! The space is minimalist, but it’s clean. Comfy beds, beautiful terrace. Clean linens and towels, and cute pool and waterfall. It’s a guest house, not a hotel. So make sure you are aware of your own personal needs before booking this accommodation. Also, he recommended a bunch of restaurants and bars and tour companies to us and everything he told us about was INCREDIBLE! He knows the town. Also, the morning I decided to stay back from a group tour, he messaged me and told me to contact him if I needed help getting food delivered or a taxi. It was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you William!! We love you!

Real clean, quite place
Reviewed By B_BobBooI stayed 3 nights here, private double bed room. First, it is really clean! Absolutely nothing on the floor. If you find sands in your room, it came from you entering the room. Bedsheets changed everyday, and if you ask for it, you can get new towels as well. Breakfasts were nice too. Everyone gets the same menu but Menu changes every day. If I had time, I would stay few more days just to figure out how many they can do. Downside is, 1. It’s bit off the main street, not that far but little dark and scary at night. 2. I thing there’s a family of rat living on the ceiling. Never seen one, but at night time, you can here that they are running.

Quite/brand new hotel
Reviewed By Michel LEverything was brand new and it was the low period when we are there, few thing missing; air conditioning for example. The service was limited but suitable (nobody to bring our luggage on the second floor). The breakfast was include. We are close to everything very central a bit noisy.

Family reunion

My family hostted a reunion there and we get very satisfied with the food n service many of the family Members stayed on the bungalows there prices where moderate with air condition and clean.... Grounds are nice but I guess they need to improved their service in the morning for breakfast.... They do have an small pool good for the children to play ... Overall was good and inexpensive to disconnected from the city noise they do have a lot of grapes plants and fruit trees si you can feel the land the wonderful smell of the fruits ready to harvest....

Reviewed By MickHuertaPeruvian style management. Nice family/staff. Breakfast upstairs is very good. However, the place is bare-bones. Some rooms don't have toilet seats. Weak Wi-Fi. Antiquated TV sets. The reception area is more family salon featuring kiddie programs running continually. Book the cooler, quieter rooms in the back. Also, the rooms are chem-cleaned (meaning they spray disinfectants and cleaners) when prepping for next guest.

Reviewed By johannasabrinaMuy acertado y limpio la gente muy agradable y siempre intentando ayudar tiene cocina que eso ayuda mucho para cuando no queres comer nada por ahí, un hotel donde volvería ? y se disfruta mucho teniando las habitaciones de la terraza aunque para varios días nos faltaría la tele. A veces se escucha un poco de ruido(musica) por las noches pero se soporta. Lo recomendamos ??

Stole Booking Prepayment and Didn't Have a Room
Reviewed By Brittany SWe booked this place for four nights and paid a reserve payment of $25USD per night. We arrived and they didn't have a room for us and denied ever getting the confirmation from TripAdvisor and they kept the reserve payment of $25USD per night. I've never experienced someone so mean when I had received both a confirmation email and a payment on my credit card. Super unhelpful and rude. Never stay or book this place.
