Reviewed By panarama222We booked this hotel on Booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel the doors were locked and we could see through the windows that all of the furniture had sheets thrown over it. A man came out from underneath the building (garage), and asked if we had a reservation, we confirmed, he then told us that the hotel was closed but our reservation would be honored at another hotel. He took us a few blocks away to an unfinished hotel with no lights on and told us to go in. At the desk was a woman who tried to tell us that our reservation would be honored at this hotel. It was all a complete scam. The woman refused to cancel our reservation. I notified Booking who helped secure a cancellation free of charge, however, this hotel is still advertised on their site.

Reviewed By Dara-KhmerGreat value. In a street that runs into the market, the hotel has the traditional Asian size rooms but has been modern lay appointed and well designed. We booked a room with a balcony which had lots of natural light. Nice modern bathroom and good beds. Surprisingly we found the shopping in the actual small street better than the market for shoes, coats, bags etc. would definitely stay here next time as the position is brilliant. Oh and the 5 star shopping mall is 5 min walk away

Reviewed By pikeHelsinkiThe room was really noisy, like sleeping outside with heavy traffic. We orderded hotel's taxi to take us to the airport in the following morning. It was late and the driver couldn't say a world in English like "sorry". The breakfest was bad. Can't recommend this hotel.

Little peace in the midst of downtown .Huge alley makes it even accessible for even a big truck. And this house is also on a dead end one which will cut down the most of traffic noise. Serene. Secure. Savvy. Save your pocket with many things in one package. Just only 400m to tan dinh church ( pink church) and only 100m to tan dinh market. ONLY 1 bus shuttle from tan son nhat airport to our home.

Terrible experience
Reviewed By Georg BAnts and cockroaches in the rooms. We had friends staying here too and there many ants in all the rooms, not just ours. They consistently got our breakfast orders wrong. The doors let all sound through and hotel staff started yelling in the hallways at 07.00 AM. Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower and the sink didnt even have hot water installed. It is not possible to get the room dark during the day. The overall service level was awful. We paid for a room upgrade and had breakfast included for all the days, yet we had to pay for breakfast since we had a voucher with the wrong date on it... Only upside was that the AC was solid. If you’re considering staying here, just dont. Unless you get a kick from being treated with hostility.
