The property is located in the heart of Cauterets, 200m from the gondola to the ski area, and 350m from the spa center. We offer accommodation from room for 2 people to apartment for 12 people. Some rooms are duplex. All studios and apartments are equipped with a functional kitchenette (hob, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes), bathroom or shower, toilet, a living room with sleeping facilities. Most units have a balcony. The balneo area of 400m² with heated pools, jets and whirlpools, hammam and sauna are free access. The restaurant is open every evening (from 7pm to 8pm) and also offers half-board options. Children will enjoy the Magic Canopy, a play area on 3 floors (under the responsibility of parents). Paid covered parking is available, the number of places is limited. A buffet breakfast is served daily between 7:30am and 9:30am. For all stays, bathroom linen and bed linen are provided, beds are made upon arrival and end of stay cleaning is included (except kitchen area). A deposit for the apartment and cleaning will be requested upon arrival. The amount varies depending on the accommodation. Pets are welcome with a supplement.
Stayed here for 1 night in February 2022, as a last minute decision for skiing. Hotel is OK, but the room could really do with being updated. The was 1 locker ( if that's what you could call it ) at one side of the bed. The bed was like about 3 ft off the floor with legs like spindles. It was like a roll out bed for choice of a better word, only you couldn't roll it. Why they don't invest in decent beds and charge an extra €20 a night , would be worth paying. There were 2 cheap metal chairs a dresser and a radiator on the wall that you had to turn button to switch on and adjust 1-8 on a switch, didn't know they make these anymore. It's a pity the room was such a let down as the hotel itself seems nice, soo central, long side a supermarket and just off the square, and the staff seemed nice.

Come to discover the hotel casino of Capvern, for your stays in family, between friends, or professional. The hotel ideally situated for a one night stay or long stays, on the road from Toulouse to Bordeaux, at less than 30 minutes you will find the city center of Tarbes, Saint Gaudens or the airport Tarbes Lourdes Pyrenees, very easily accessible since the highway A64. This establishment in peaceful area, the rooms offering a clear view on the countryside, from your terrace, invites you in the rest and in the relaxation. Capvern will allow you easily to travel throught Pyrenees, access to ski ressort In season, you would appreciate the outside swimming pool heated and the sunbathings at your disposal. Remain connected or not it’s up to you, the WiFi is offer in all the establishment, and loan of nomadic charger.

Only meant to stay one night but because we were made so welcome we stayed two. Set in lovely surroundings the rooms are nestled away. Amazing showers, soft towels and fresh linen. Bathrooms were all very well designed and quirky. Celine was very helpful and kind. Thank you.

In the heart of the spa town of Bagneres de Bigorre, there are mansions that will never stop telling a story. The "Reve d'Aghon" is a promise of travel in time, between Pyrenean legends, hijacking objects, photographic art, utensils and menus dedicated to gastronomic pleasures and finally this particular note given by current ecological concerns affirming its listening to the world of tomorrow.
If you are visiting Bagneres-de-Bigorre then this is the only place to stay. The hosts, Christophe and Marie-Pierre are amazing and the rooms are stylish and very well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and all homemade and organic. It’s an easy walk into town from the house. We will come back for a longer stay...

Une maison d'Hôtes dans une demeure de caractère datant de 1830. Quatre chambres, une conserverie artisanale et un restaurant sur réservation.
An absolute must visit. The property has been entirely (and tirelessly) renovated and restored to its former glory. The addition of the window from the dining room to the equestrian centre was a great idea! We stayed in the room on the top floor which was well equipped, warm, super comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast which was all home made and delicious. I recommend visiting the little boutique next to the kitchen to stock up on all their nice home made jams and savoury dishes. My girlfriend and I cannot wait to come back to visit. There are plenty of things to see and do in the local area at all times of the year so you will never be bored. Thank you and see you soon!

Cecilia is a fantastic host and has created a beautiful Bed in Breakfast in the Pyrenees. The rooms are modern and spacious and even come with a fridge and microwave. We chose a first floor balcony room with views over Hautacam and the valley. The beds a very comfy and the batroom is super modern. The room was pristine clean. Breakfast is fantastic and a real treat.

The residence privilege, entirely renovated, is located in the heart of the resort of peyragudes and integrates perfectly with its environment thanks to its architecture composed of wood, stone and slates. Its apartments, from the studio for 4 people to the apartment for 9 people, all have a balcony with the view on the slopes or on the valley. You have a free access to the balneotherapy center, located at 100m, pool with a nice view.
Very disappointed in the accommodation and staff. We Booked in August 2020 (6months before arrival) was given the studio flat in effectively the -1 level dungeon with the view of car park up close and téléphérique 5m away so noisy. Room - bare wires in socket not great with young kids - No wifi available (even though it is guarantee) because we are in the dungeon so can’t get wifi - ripped carpets - 5 lighbulbs not working - 3 of the 6 chairs broken and not glued together anymore - hairs all over bed sheet General: - very cold as in dungeon all the cold air descend and is trapped at our level and can only escape through the flat. - very dimly lit outside our door (like a dungeon and the stair case which is accident awaiting to happen with barely any light from outside and no light in stair well. Kids were genuinely scared + couldn’t see footing. I was genuinely shocked at this. Plus the lights in corridors on timer so halfway down stairs suddenly pitch black (tight spiral staircase no hard rail) - TV not included have to pay 40 for remote control to use. Staff: I went to staff to explain I was very disappointed I was paying 1500eur for a week and had booked over 6 months prior and was given this option. I was told I should have requested a view. Our friends staying (book only 2 months prior have view of piste top floor) l. Maybe it is my foreign name that put us down the list into the dungeon. Staff also offered no assistance in resolving any of these issues or the wifi (something which they promise to provide in the flat description). I actually needed it for some work meetings during the week and the lack of TV for kids to watch some cartoon… First time putting a review like this I rarely get angry or such disappointment but really couldn’t be much worse.

Myself and husband stayed here for a week - our trip was cycling based so this was a good spot for hills - probably not a wise choice if ur after flat cycling routes. Stay lower town in the town would be my advice ! Rooms had all u needed to be self efficient - two hob and a decent size fridge (dish washer which I found to be strange!) Would recommend that you take your own bedding or pay the 20 euro to hire a couple of sheets! No free wifi in rooms 16 euro and this can only be added to one device. Bit annoying.. Free wifi if u want to sit at reception. Pool is on the small side - didn't use it . Saw lots of people comment on small car park - never had a problem with parking . My only gripe would be the clean out charge which i saw via trip advisor to be 60 euro - do it your self !! Save the fee. Room size was ok for two people but I think a small family would struggle for space given u sleep in what's your living room / kitchen. Anyway summary - no real negatives but equally can't complain about much. Would recommend to others.
