A hidden nature habitat. Nimmanhaemin, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Inspite of me being the ONLY guest in the hotel staff required me to check in and out on time on the dot. Even charged me 500 baht for checking out at 1pm. TERRIBLE! I was suppose to to extend 1 more night but decided to just leave because staff kept on calling and annoying me about this. Even if i told them that I will extend one more night prior to their constant calling. TERRIBLE! When I left they had no guests. Not worth it for approx 3,000 baht per night. There are many more better hotels at a lower rate, better service and bigger rooms in Chiang Mai.

We were staying in deluxe double room with extra bed that was added for our child. Hotel is located at a good location, 5 minutes walking to the Rachadamnoen Road where Sunday market takes place. We bought Thai SIM card and used Grab for in-town transportation, which was cheap, and very convenient. Rooms looked a little bit more "tired" than on the pictures, but were very decent, and pleasant. Each day we were given free bottle of water for each of us. Our room was located on the third floor where swimming pool is. You can take beach towels in front of the swimming pool. The best asset of the hotel is nice lady that is sitting in front of the hotel and organizing tours. She helped us getting into our room early, as soon as it became available, so we got it at 10:30h instead of 14:00h, which we really appreciated after the all-night flight. We booked few nice tours at her counter including the visit to elephant camp with baby elephant, and a driver for one- day excursion. We went to Mae Rim to visit Botanic garden (go to Botanic garden early in the morning since afterwards it's crowded and you will wait for a long time to enter), Long neck Karen village (not very authentic since it's staged, but was still nice to see), and Poo poo paper park (they have guided tour which is great for kids and grown ups). We've also visited Umbrella factory in Chiang Mai as a part of our 1-day excursion, but this was really not worth it. We were very disappointed, since there was nothing much to see except the shop where you can buy Thai umbrellas. We had great feet massage in Lila Thai Massage on Rachadamnoen Road which is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Massage costs a little bit more than on the street or some other massage places near by, but the environment is much more luxurious and pleasant. We always got some small presents and the tea after the massage. Ex con ladies are working there, in an attempt to rehabilitate and start the new life. Back to hotel... Breakfast was included in our room rate. It's not something, there is a large space for improvement, but you won't stay hungry. Our room was overlooking some backyards and it was peaceful, except one evening when there were some kind of karaoke going on in the neighborhood which was rather loud, but it didn't lasted too long, and it was actually fun to listen karaoke in Thai language, and somebodies funny attempts to sing. All in all – hotel provides very decent accommodation at very good price, and we would recommend it.

“Zz” House is situated in a central but quiet location close to the Ping River and the Iron Bridge (Near Rimping Supermarket, 10 minute walk to the Night Baazar). “Zz” House is the perfect place for those visiting Chiang Mai on a short holiday or for an extended period.“Zz” House has 12 neat, clean, and comfortable standard or twin bed rooms – each with a private hot water shower, bathroom, cable
This place is terrible. The bed is uncomfortable. There are bugs everywhere. The shower is tiny and there’s ants and bugs. They don’t clean the place at all. The owner is never there. I arrived there and there was nobody to be seen I had to wait for him to show up because he was on his way from the market so I had three bags and he wasn’t accommodating at all. He was rude and not friendly. He also swore At my friends when I had them over. He’s an awful host and this place should be shut down!

We are located just 500 m from Thapae Gate. Warorot Market is only 600 m our property and Wat Chiang Mai is 700m away. Free WiFi is provided and free private parking is available on site. Our guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, with packed lunches available on request. Our location is a great choice for travellers who are interested in street markets, shopping, tourist attractions and local food.
The room was big, clean and comfortable, the lobby is awesome with a massage chair I really found useful while waiting for pick ups. The location is perfect between breakfast and lunch restaurants andclose to the night market

Jasmine is located in a quiet part of the old city. Don't worry about noise day or night. There are simple restaurants, street carts and convenience stores in the immediate area. A delicious welcome drink (some sort of unusual purple juice) is given. Our deluxe rooms were very large and clean. There was ample storage and a surprisingly large refrigerator. The mattress was firm but not rock hard like some we had in Thailand. Daily cleaning service is provided. The baths were very clean and nicely sized. The lavatory has hot water--we found most during our three-week visit had only cold. The A/C worked flawlessly and quietly. Our room had a nicely sized corner balcony. Breakfast is at extra cost and you must give the time you want to be served on the evening before. (This may not always be true as I believe there were very few guests with no others having breakfast.) There is a small menu with both western and Thai selections. We all enjoyed our breakfasts. While the description says, "free public parking" there is actually free private parking just behind the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and most spoke at least basic English. Our rental car had a battery problem (a dead cell) and they helped us get a jump-start and to contact the rental company for repair. Accommodation in Chaing Mai is rather expensive by Thai (and Cambodian) terms. I searched long to find a nice, clean place at modest price. We were not disappointed and would gladly return. Mosquitoes are a way of life in Thailand and we definitely killed a few in our rooms and suffered some bites while sleeping. Fortunately these are not the hideous little mosquitoes found in the Mediterranean area that cause insane itching that sends many people running to the pharmacy for some kind of relief. Bring/buy insect repellent and use it frequently--particularly in the morning and evening! Mosquito netting would be a very nice and well-appreciated inclusion.

The price is indeed a positive side of Jimmy and Jeng homestay. The location is a little bit off the northern border of the Old City, the rooms are very basic but the beds comfortable. The neighbourhood is a little bit shady especially when coming back during the night. The guests are nice and helpful

102 Residence features an outdoor pool and views of the pool. The hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Each room has a private bathroom.
This is a well-kept hotel, nice appointed, and very clean. The staff is also very helpful and friendly (and English is spoken and understood). The swimming pool is well maintained, and the restaurant is cozy and has delicious food. There's a selection of room options, suitable for couples (my experience), singles, even families or larger groups. There are lots of other places in the neighborhood to eat, including a Saturday night market on the main road. There are bars, coffee shops, and a fitness center nearby as well. You're also close to the umbrella village, Bo Sang craft village, and hot springs. Twenty minutes outside of Chiang Mai, the area is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

เป็นโรงแรมบูติดหรูหราแถวชานเมืองเชียงใหม่
I stayed here as a medical tourist as I was injured in Phnom Penh. The staff of Huean Khamhom treated me excellently with bandage and complimentary breakfast consists of bread and jam. They gave me the address of a local clinic where I could follow up with my injury treatment. The medicine that I bought at the clinic healed me faster so that I could return to Singapore two days after safely. The staff are conversant in Chinese, English and Thai. The cats of the resort are photogenic.
