The third-largest of Germany’s 16 provinces both in terms of size and population, Baden-Wurttemberg in the country’s southwest borders both France and Switzerland and is home to the Black Forest, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Stuttgart. In many areas, residents speak Swabian (Schwäbisch) or Badisch, dialects so strong that speakers of standard German can find them difficult to understand. With over 40 million annual overnight stays, Baden-Wurttemberg is second only to Bavaria in terms of visitors.

Kressbronn Seehotel is nice and elegant hotel located by the lake. We booked a double room (without lake view), but actually all hotel rooms have a partial view of the lake. The room size is sufficient with everything that you need. The hotel has a small private beach in front, where you can find sun beds and sun chairs. The breakfast offered is rich in choice and in quality. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the cheese selection offered for breakfast. The hotel is also offering free parking to the hotel guests. Overall, a very good hotel for a relaxing short stay.

The Adagio access Stuttgart Airport Messe is located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and enjoys an ideal location in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart Airport, the Stuttgart Exhibition Center and the Echterdingen S-Bahn station. All 125 apartments are modernly furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen, multi-functional work and living area, a modern bathroom, air conditioning and free WiFi.

The monastery Maria Hilf is located in the northern part of the well- known Black Forest near Baden-Baden. Enjoy a bike tour along the German-French bike trail with a distance of 56 kilometers through the bordering Alsace in France, the northern Black Forest and along the numerous beautiful and historic wine villages of the region. You can visit a lot of places of excursion in less than one hour by car. Looking forward for the cultural city Baden-Baden, the European city Strassburg or the Blck Forest Metro pole Freiburg. The monastery Maria Hilf provides for its guests 2 gorgeous churches, free parking space, a generous park in the courtyard, 9 meeting rooms, 1 dining hall and 77 simple but friendly guestrooms - partial equipped with shower/toilet.
We stayed in Kloster Maria Hilf on our way from Holland to Switserland. Buhl is conveniently located close but not too close to the A5 Karlsruhe-Basel. The city center is just a 7 minute walk. We had a room with private bathroom in the Anna Building. Both the room and bathroom were rather small but large enough for our purpose. The matras was a bit soft. It is a short walk to the reception were coffee and other drinks are available. Annex to the reception is the large breakfast area. The breakfast was OK with everything needed although mostly of moderate quality. Given the price this an excellent stay over place.

Room interior was fun - especially color changing lamp in the toilet :)), but everything was clean and fresh. There was inside smoking area, but our room or corridor didn't smell like smoke at all! That was surprising ! 4point out of 5 because, when we arrived, we needed to pay extra 5euro per night for parking, even parking was included (for free) in our booking, when we booked few month before. Otherwise clean and quiet, perfect for few nights or long stay.

We were crossing Germany by car and needed a place to sleep near the Porsche museum. The hotel is very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very adequate for the low-cost. Walking distance to the museum for anyone into cars. It is not a fancy hotel, but a tremendous value for people who want nice on a budget

The hosts of the Hotel Capri offered fantastic hospitality! Super accommodating. Spotless clean, comfortable accommodations. Amazing breakfast at the hotel's restaurant!! Perfect location on the waterfront and in the heart of the old town. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone travelling to the area. Thank you!

We have just eaten in the restaurant and we are also staying at the hotel and we can’t wait until we get home to write our review. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spotlessly clean and well appointed and the restaurant.... WOW! Amazing light crisp Flammkuchen with varied and interesting toppings... there are even some rather delicious sweet options. Make sure you book to avoid disappointment, we saw many Couples and groups turned away.

I booked a room with a shared bathroom, as I just needed a place for sleeping one night. I'm always cautious about shared bathrooms as it often means that everything else is also cheap and you'll end up in a noisy room with paper thin walls. In this case looking at the reviews here before booking showed that my prejudice was wrong. Now afterwards I'm very satisfied with my choice. My room was otherwise just like a normal hotel room, but it didn't have a toilet or a shower (but it did have a sink). The bathroom was right next to my room and it was shared by two other rooms. I didn't see anybody else in the same floor during my whole stay so I assume I had the bathroom all by myself. The hotel was modern, but some signs of wear and tear were visible. I took the Stadtbahn from the city. It didn't take long and there were several lines coming to the hotel. The hotel was located almost right in the middle between two stops, so the walk to/from the stop took a few minutes. A breakfast was included in my room rate. It was a decent continental breakfast. For breakfast, the local Covid dining restrictions (2G plus, but those with a triple vaccination or double vaccinated with the last dose within 6 months were exempt from the testing requirement) applied. The front desk was friendly and spoke good English. As the front desk closes at 9 PM and I arrived shortly before it, they called me after 8 PM to check that I would be there before they close.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Aparthotel Cosy. The unit was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. Checking in at the coffee shop was a breeze and any requests were quickly responded to. The staff were more than helpful. Proximity to the Ubahn and a fresh market were perfect. I highly recommend Aparthotel Cosy for your visit to Stuttgart.
