Deniz mall is on opposite side of hotel (baku eye & boulevard,little Vince ) special thanks to Ms Gulnura & the reception staff as they have been very helpful. For families with kids rooms 310&311 are the best connected rooms for family of 6 as (two connected rooms with sitting area that has sofa bed) . One thing I didn’t like was the breakfast,( very humble yet basic things are there ) I think that they should really work on it ,but it won’t stop me from staying at Promenade again

Gem in the heart of old town
Reviewed By krista32bWe were in Baku for formula 1 and stayed at Da Vinci Hotel. The location is great for walking around old town, jumping on the metro, and finding a nearby restaurant. Try to book the room on the fifth floor for a private balcony with spectacular views of the flame towers, the maiden tower, bath houses, and much more. Just beware there is no lift. The staff is very nice and helpful and there is ample breakfast provided with four choices. An added bonus is the awesome shower pressure. The hotel will also arrange an airport transfer. And on top of all this, the hotel staff called the airport to get my husband's luggage delivered without us even asking them to. My husband had been struggling for 3 days to get the airline to deliver his lost luggage and the hotel staff made 1 phone call and got in delivered in 2 hours. We can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this boutique hotel if you're looking in old town.

Small hotel in the center of Baku, near the "Old Town" - "Old City". The hotel has 10 rooms: 4 Standard twin rooms with 1 bed, 4 standard double room with 2 single beds, 1 standard double room and 1 suite. Also on the ground floor of the hotel is a small restaurant. Our staff are always happy to meet our guests.
Comfy hotel at reasonable price
Reviewed By AbbasM999I was staying with my wife before the new year eve. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative impression was from dirty carpet with some stains on it.

Reviewed By kokkatHad a wonderful baku experience. Stayed here three nights. The hotel is walking distance from nightlife, 20 min from nizami street and 40 min from airport. Comfy beds and clean toilets. However the heating system is cranked up. It gets uncomfortably hot in the night. When we walk barefoot in the toilet it burns. The hotel staff need to adjust the settings to a more comfortable level.

The hotel itself was amazing and we could not fault a single thing during our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Odalar temiz, çalışanlar misafirperverdi. Konumu çok iyi olmasına rağmen İçerişehir'in labirent gibi olan sokaklarında hoteli bulmak zor olabilir. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Reviewed By hossein fKing hotel is located in beautiful complex near beach. Rooms are clean and the bathroom is acceptable. Shuttle is available 2 times a day. Staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast could be better. The manager Miss Soraya is really kind and helpful. Considering another stay in future.

Massively frustrating when otherwise my trip was well organised. Immoral... avoid.
