.I met with an accident in India and had to undergo a fixation surgery of L2 Vertebra.After the surgery Dr Damayathi Fernando did a excellent job in pain management..Mentally and physically it was very good experience. I have had several fantastic Full Body relaxation Treatments here at the experienced hands of Ishan, one of the Therapists. There is always a very warm welcome & a very relaxing atmosphere with superb mood music. Ishan varied the pressure of his massage to suit my needs, from deep muscle therapy to ease those tired knotted muscles to gentle relaxation, which I must confess puts me to sleep ????. There is a full list of available treatments giving excellent value for money. It is the only pace in Negombo that offers a Fish Pedicure – an experience not to be missed, I can assure you. I have no hesitation in recommending the Golden Hands Ayurveda centre to soothe away the aches & pains & stresses of a busy lifestyle & to put you in the holiday mood.

We can truly recommend this place and the ultimate foot ritual including foot bath and foot massage plus head,face,arms and neck massage. The wonderful herbal tea and the spicy fruit salad after the treatment is also a little treat! Good value for the money.
