Its about 3 year back when i visited at utamber yoga institute bcoz of my father. My father was paralyzed due to an accident after surgery he was ok but not 100% he was not able to seat on the floor he always needed chair for seat and he was also a daibetic patient that's why I visited to utabmer yoga and after cunsulting with karan sir we satarted to do yoga and i also joined with my father bcoz i was also suffering with hipper tension and depression . And after 4-5 month we found lots of good changes in our health. So that's why i decided to bcome a yoga teacher and i joined YTTC 200 hour hath yoga course under guidence of yog guru karan sir and I learned lots of yoga techniques it was really nice experience and he is my first guru in the field of yoga. Karan sir is best therapeutic yoga teacher he has lots of techniques to cure any kind of disease by natural way only he always live with nature and this the main part of yoga. I have been teaching yoga since 2016 now i am working at banglore.

We got the chance to enjoy an Indian cooking class with amazing people to teach us how to cook Rajasthan speciality. The food was tasty and not too spicy ;) we also learned about the Indian agriculture the type of spices, vegetables... And we even had a some Ayurvedic tips for our health ! I recommend this place at 1000% They also do yoga session, Ayurvedic consultation and many other things !
