Six islands in the Florida Keys comprise the village of Islamorada, known for its prime sport fishing. Rent a boat or participate in a guided tour to fish, snorkel, or swim with marine life. Fresh seafood is the hallmark of the Islamorada dining scene. Visit a tropical-themed bar to soak in the full Florida Keys experience with a frozen umbrella drink. For a dose of culture, take in fine art and music while strolling through the Morada Way Art and Cultural District.

Had another great massage by Alan today. I have used a few of their therapists, but I highly recommend Alan. He is very friendly, professional, and gives a firm enough massage (if desired) to get out the knots and kinks while remaining relaxing. Thank you, once again, Alan for the great massage!

I have been taking in person yoga classes with Lauren since 2013. Her teaching style and enthusiasm for life is unmatchable. I have taken many different classes with various instructors, and I must say Lauren is the best. Her vinyasa flow classes are challenging, yet available to all levels, as she offers many accommodations. Her picturesque locations and upbeat music provide for a great start to any day, on or off the island. Lauren encourages you to be present and to listen to what your body needs at that moment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lauren’s virtual classes have allowed me to experience her classes when not on the island. She has also shared her Zoom recordings when my schedule does not allow me to practice with her in real time. Lauren is efficient and rapid with her communication. She keeps you up to date on current classes and other opportunities. I look forward to discovering her weekly motivational email in my inbox. Lauren was an inspiration for me to get my RYT 200 hour training. She continues to be a mentor. Lauren and her classes (in person, live and record) are simply fantastic!

I was impressed with the precautions taken during this phase of Covid-19, truly appreciated. Sanitizing stations located throughout Cheeca Lodge & Spa grounds and all staff members wearing masks and gloves. Carlos Rodriguez is an amazing therapist. I went in the Spa limping with joint pains and left walking on air, very professional and great hands. Looking forward to next time, will request Carlos again as he provided one of the best Swedish Massages ever, from head to toe. He also stretched me which was very much needed, he just did everything perfect. The hot towels at the end made me melt. Afterwards took a dip in its pool and enjoyed the rest of my day relaxed & painfree. Overall it was a magnificent experience.
