Excellent experience from start to finish. Booked a last minute appointment due to having some neck pain, the team were super efficient and accommodating, received email confirmation almost immediately. Alice was incredible with her deep tissue massage and extremely knowledgeable, came away a lot more comfortable and thoroughly relaxed. Will definitely be booking again!

This was my first time visiting the Relaxation Room, thanks to a birthday voucher. I had the 70 minute ESPA Stress Relieving Resilience massage, and it was just perfect! Nicole was my masseuse for the session and she was the perfect balance of strong and calming! I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout and the essential oils and lotions they use are amazing! Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone for a stress relieving experience. Also great with COVID precautions!

Exceptional service. Gel nails are beautiful. Salon offers many different services such as waxing, manicures, nail extensions, massage and microblading. Will definitely come back.

I recieved a full body massage with the lovely Emily which was absolutely incredible. One of the most relaxing experiences of my life- I was nearly asleep. The therapy rooms are beautiful and very clean.I would recommend to anyone definitely asking for Emily as she was super friendly and professional.

I’ve been a member and regular visitor of the spa and gym for the past 6 months and have really enjoyed the place. The gym is very well equipped and doesn’t get crowded like some of the bigger gyms nearby. The atmosphere is good and there’s a nice mix of people who use the gym. All the staff are really friendly (especially Raul) and go out of their way to make people feel welcome and looked after. Thick, fresh, white towels on arrival are a nice touch and add a little extra feeling of luxury. The outside space and small pool are lovely in summer and drinks can be served by the pool at your request. Inside there’s a sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool and a large jacuzzi. There’s also lots of loungers inside and outside to relax. Changing rooms are clean, lockers are easy to use and there are little extras like bags for wet clothes, moisturiser, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I’ve also had friends staying in the hotel and all have enjoyed using the facilities here including the spa treatments and massage. Unfortunately I’m moving out of the area soon and will really miss this place!

The team at the HarSpa couldn’t of been more accommodating & welcoming on my visit. We loved the wet spa area and the fresh fruit water was delicious. Me and my partner both had a 30min massage which was fantastic the therapist really listening to what we wanted out of treatment and tailored it to our needs they even recommended things for us to use after to help with our aches and pains. We will be back soon! Thank you HarSpa Team!

Shere tranquility is set in the beautiful idealic village of shere, it is in a beautiful farm in top of the Surrey hills. You can expect a one to one bespoke service with no back to back clients, no parking fees. You will feel completely at ease and leave feeling relaxed and unwind I offer many affordable treatments which are first class but with out the high street prices.
