Massage & Awareness Studio in Amsterdam City Centre with professional Massage therapists - Always in good hands
Eefke responded very well to the "case" lying in front of her. More than it being just a great massage, she worked on unblocking energies and helping me as part of some growing and changing I am working on. Her excellent fluency in English facilitated a frank and emotional exchange which helped her pinpoint the right therapy, including some unusual and impactful methods, like moxibustion. Afterwards, I felt very free and energised - and still do so, 2 weeks later. 6 stars! A massive thanks and until my next trip to Amsterdam.

Doing Pilates for 10 (!) years with Monique: never the same lesson, always very nice stretching and very good ‘core’ building. Monique is very good in explaining the exercises, notices the small mistakes I make and encourages the class to improve! She often gives lessons in English because of English speaking clients. The Pilates lessons are given in a very nice place, calm atmosphere, with door that can be openend for fresh air. I really can recommend these lessons!!

We couldn't get enough :) Our masseuse were highly skilled and professional and we loved every moment. Thank you guys!

Studio Infinity is a unique yoga and wellness studio in the middle of the city. A place to heal your body and soul. This place has a strong feeling of community and personal development. This beautiful studio not only offers yoga and pilates classes but also offers many massage treatments.
I got a gift card for a 90 minute aroma therapy massage and it was absolutely amazing! Mariana first explained about the various types of aromatic oils that I could choose from and then gave me a fantastic relaxing massage. I have had massages before but 90 minutes really makes a difference: I was totally relaxed afterwards. I think the atmosphere in Infinity helps a lot to achieve that: it is really nice, silent, cosy and friendly. I absolutely recommend this studio and I will definitely go back soon.

Modesty has no place at this highly respectable sauna, where you get down to the altogether in mixed company. Sauna Deco is a small spa in a unique place and with a unique interior. A place for people that know how to appreciate a sauna bath. Don't expect swimming pools or a Jacuzzi but know it has everything for a couple of hours of relaxing.
In early January of this year, I had an 8-hour layover in Amsterdam on a flight into Europe. I used this time to visit Sauna Deco for about 4 hours. My time included a 1-hour massage. The therapists name was Rose...I've gotten a massage from her on another trip to Sauna Deco in the middle of last year. I'm a retired massage therapist, so it's a real pleasure to receive such a professional massage as the one Rose performs on her clients. I had already flown 10 hours all night, so I was quite tired when I arrived. Not only did she put me to sleep during the massage, but afterwards she gently woke me up, accompanied me to the relaxation beds, and literally tucked me in to get more sleep. She awakened me an hour later...Really, who goes out of their way to be that kind to a client? She's terrific. She comes across to the client as very grounded and sincere, showing she loves her profession. Sauna Deco is always my choice for a sauna/spa experience while in Amsterdam, and Rose is always a clear choice for massage when I'm in this wonderful city.

Floating & Massage Centre Koan Float welcomes you seven days a week from 09.30 to 23.00 in the heart of Amsterdam.Floating is a unique form of relaxation. Imagine lying on a cushion of silken saline water, kept at a comfortingly constant temperature of 35.5 degrees Celsius. As your body floats, you will notice after a few short minutes, that your predominant feeling is weightlessness, thus liberating your body from its daily battle with gravity. As the natural water therapy begins to work, your muscles and organs instinctively begin to relax as your breathing and your heart beat gradually slow down. You experience an intense relaxation and sense of wellbeing as your mind and body escape the hectic pace of the modern world. There are a number of factors at work in this therapeutic process - the relaxed nature of the float room, the comforting warmth and the feeling of being carried by the water. In addition, floating triggers the production of endorphins, which generate a profound feeling of well-being. These factors combine to help your body to wind down and de-stress, as you let go of the challenges of modern daily life. Afterwards, you will feel completely rejuvenated. As well as reducing stress levels and the effects of jetlag, a session at Koan Float can help relieve complaints such as rheumatic pains. It can also help reduce blood pressure and it is known to strengthen the immune system. Each float room is entirely private, comes with its own float tank, its own shower unit and a water filtration system guaranteeing purified water for each guest. The soundproof floatation capsule is equipped with light, music and intercom system.Koan Float also offers a complete range of massages, from relaxation massage and shiatsu to foot reflexology and rebalancing. Treat yourself!
