The day was good however a couple of constructive feedback points for you 1) when I first looked at the trip the meeting point was at the end of the road the hotel was on, however your e-ticket and website made us go to the main bus station 20 mins tram ride away and the tour guide commented as I hadn’t checked in a Julian’s Bar, as everyone else had. 2) the second point is to do with the final leg of the trip in Siena, when it was pouring with rain and we were about to head back to the bus and the tour guides boss had come up with another great idea for the small cost of €3 everyone could get the trenino back to the bus, half the clients didn’t want to do this and we were made to stand in the rain getting wet whilst the main tour guide waited for the trenino to arrive before the walkers were allowed to set off on foot back to the bus. Had I not stepped up and asked for the walkers to be allowed to walk with a guide without waiting, we would of been soaked!

This was by far the best experience we had. Maria and Nicolas were absolutely amazing, we felt at home and not only were they really knowledgeable about all the history of the conque Terre, they also—and even after we left the boat tour—gave us the best recommendations for our stay in the Cinque Terre. I really highly recommend them, they are the absolute best!!!

Absolutely the best day I had while visiting Italy. Angel was our guide for the entire day. At the first winery we had the pleasure of starting the visit with a tour of the vineyard in a horse-drawn cart, followed by a fantastic lunch with km0 products. Visit to the village of Suvereto and finish with more wine in a family winery where they create one of the most appreciated wines in Italy. I can say with certainty that this day was one of, if not the best day of our vacation in Tuscany.

Our family used this wonderful company for a day trip from the port. From the driver, Simone, waiting for us (with a smile) at the port terminal as we exited the cruise boat to telling our group of seven all about Tuscany (as we drove towards Florence), this adventure was outstanding. Simone (being born and raised in Pisa), was well versed on past and current happenings of this beautiful area. His recommendation for a place for lunch could not have been more spot on. Wonderful experience and with wonderful hosts, Maria and Nicola (who also speak very good English and understand French). We left from Vernazza at 10:20am, which is where we were staying, and left for Monterosso. We had the possibility to swim 4 times during our trip. We sailed all the way to Porto Venere and stopped there for an amazing lunch on the boat. Delicious seafood, pasta, focaccia, pesto, cheese, and apricot crostata. Many different drinks offered including fresh water, Prosecco, Coca-Cola, and white wine. Maria and Nicola were very friendly and enthusiastic. They told us about everything and Maria had a lot of interesting history to tell us about. Nicola always stopped for the best pictures and even took a picture of the family and printed it off. After Nicola brought us to see all of the cinque Terre, we were dropped back in Vernazza after 4pm. Overall, highly recommend this boat trip with HelloCinqueTerre! One of the best days of our holiday! We will be back for sure! Thank you again Maria and Nicola for such an amazing day!

Spending the day with Annarita was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge of and passion for this magnificent part of history is unmatched.
