Zlatoust (Russian: Златоуст, IPA: [zlətɐˈust]) is a city in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Ay River (in the Kama basin), 160 kilometers (99 mi) west of Chelyabinsk. Population: 174,962 (2010 Census); 194,551 (2002 Census); 207,794 (1989 Census); 181,000 (1971); 161,000 (1959); 99,000 (1939); 48,000 (1926); 21,000 (1910).

There are two entrans to the tower. The fist one is to the temtple and the second to the bell. Any person with a tikets can make the bell sound. And above all retro photo of Zlatoust region are along the stages and many other interestig things you can see durig the movement up and down.

Pavel Anosov was a great inventor who gave birth to the current Zlatoust arms factory. Later on he went on to become a governor of one of the biggest provinces of Russia. I saw the monument during my visit to the souvenir shop of the Zlatoust arms factory.
