Visited on Saturday 7th March. Port Lincoln is known world wide for its tuna fishing and it was great to see the statue of the Tuna Poler here for everyone to enjoy and read about the history of Tuna fishing in Port Lincoln.

360 view of Port Lincoln, just a short drive out of the town centre. A great spot to watch the sunset and the sky change colour.

The Old Mill is just off the highway north of Port Lincoln. The view is fine, but the real charm is the Old Mill itself, claimed to be Port Lincoln’s oldest standing building, and never used as a mill! The Mill stands in its own grassy park, and a spiral staircase winds up around it to a viewing platform on the top. Some may find the steps hazardous: quite firm, but see through, and somewhat difficult to tell one step from the next. The view is over the township from a moderate height. A good place to visit.

Very well signed, good quality track, very interesting waystops. Get the brochure from the information centre in town. Highly recommended walk, you can do a half day or an hour or anything in between, up to you. We had a very windy day but the views were magnificent.

Situated in the Lincoln National Park (with $12 entrance fee per car), this hike to the Matthew Flinders monument is well worth the effort. With good access by footpath, the views from the top are stunning.
