Grab a few drinks and some snacks, take a blanket, and arrive about half an hour before sunset to score a spot overlooking Boar's Head and Narrow Neck Plateau. It's really magical to see the cliffs lit up in the fiery red of the sunset. Perfect way to say farewell to the sun.

A spacious viewing area on several levels, makes it impossible to miss any of the view of The Three Sisters, one of Australia's iconic rosck formations. No less impressive is the Jamison Valley which is opened by the view. Toilet and cafe facilities are good at the venue and a shuttle bus willl bring you to the spot from Kattomba Railway Station and several other points of interest around Katoomba.

Echo Point NEEDS to be on your list when you go to The Blue Mountains. The lookout that's been created is incredible. The views are out of this world, the view of The Three Sisters is uninterrupted and breathtaking, there are walking tracks, multiple viewing platforms, what more could you want?! Being English, I loved that there is a lookout named after Queen Elizabeth! Made me feel closer to home. Get there before 9am and you can park for free. There's toilets on site and a restaurant nearby - this wasn't open when we went but from what I've seen online it looks like lovely food and the views of course would be incredible.

The Street Art walk is a dynamic, community-driven cultural treasure of the Blue Mountains, created by Street Art Murals Australia (SAMA) in partnership with the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre. It displays world standard street art from all aerosol disciplines. Come here to see International, national and local artists paint large scale murals!
Lovely walk to do in the afternoon, amazing art and very peaceful alley way. Unfortunately a lot of cars that can be in the way of the art.

Little viewing area just up the road from Scenic World. Not much parking though so walk if you can. Once again great view of Three Sisters and the valley.

An easy 3-4 min walk from the main lookout area but gives a different perspective...you get to see the plantlife and cliffs from a lower vantage point. Super easy and well signed. If you aren't up for a walk do this as it's really quick and easy!

I’ve never been to this lookout before, but I’ve seen photos. Easily accessible from the road and just a short walk along a path. Personally I think it looks more like a bears head then a boar though.

it is a bit daunting to think how hard life mush have been for the convicts in the early days. No doubt very harsh and cruel. The artist has done a good job with these. YMMV
