The owner of our lodge in Belize arranged this half day cave tubing. Our guide was Dione, and it was only myself, my husband and our 24 year old daugher on this cave tubing trip. It was a lot of fun, we saw some beautiful cave formations and enjoyed the opportunity to cool down in the river. At some points it was pretty shallow (lift your butt) but as Dione promised he got us through. Dione was a great guide, and made the whole experience a lot of fun. We had lunch afterwards on site, and the food was very good - try the ceviche.

We walked along the sea shore promenade to reach the lucky turtles of belize as part of the belize sign and a playground. Its whimsical and fun. It has a lovely view of the water. There are two turtles that you aee supposed to touch for luck

Some of the ruins are excavated and some not. Best views are from the top of each temple. Unforgettable views. Preservation is being done with new stairways to the top. You can navigate through the cruise ship crowds easy enough.

There is a great Belize sign inside the cruise terminal perfect for pictures. It is next to swings and a bar/restaurant. It is nice each city and small country in the Caribbean and beyond is doing this. You can get a collection of pics by each port you visit!

First of all it is a fun bridge to go over. Second it is very charming. Third if you not a local or a Belizean only go on this bridge you either have a driver or you are on a tour.

Interesting little bit of history for the country of Belize. fun little walk from our hotel. The sea wall is fun to walk along as it is and this is a plesant stop.
