We have a private collection of objects related to Mexican Wrestling (Lucha Libre), with more than 9,000 pieces, among them we have original masks, championship belts, pictures, key holders, piggy banks, comics, magazines, wrestling figurines of different poses and sizes... Everything and anything related to one of the most popular sports in Mexico.
My family and I did a day trip from San Diego and MULLME was our first stop. If you are a pop culture, superhero, wresting fan, don't miss this exhibit. Thank you so much!

This beautiful building is the oldest mission in Baja.
Origination spot of California Missions El Camino Real with a large bell in the city center. Such a great experience to see where it all started! Thank you Loreto!

This surfside avenue is Loreto's center for peoplewatching, by day and night.
I would visit this place any time. Much better than La Paz!! Very clean and touristy with so much history. Nice people and very relaxing quiet city on an isolated type of beach. The city is a great place to visit with some beautiful churches and missions with so much Mexican culture here. We could not believe how well the city was kept up and taken care of for some many years. Really cool place to visit.

Beachside shopping street, providing you with spectacular views of the palm tree - lined beach as you browse through shops and restaurants.
I love La Paz's Malecon. When you walk along the Malecon, you are absorbed into Mexico, surrounded by local families taking walks, groups of friends chatting, joggers running after (or before) work, young folks skating along on roller skates or boards.. The Malecon is broad enough to accommodate these various activities The Malecon is actually a stone tile walkway, several miles in length, along the city's waterfront. On one side, the Ensenada de la La Paz, sprinkled with small boats, pelicans, herons, terns, gulls. On the other side, a variety of eateries. I find this area so relaxing. A place to be a tourist without feeling like one.

Offers horseback tours of the spectacular desert landscape.
Our ride was arranged through our concierge at Paradisus which is where the ride begins/ends. Our first ride was an 0800 ride with Jorge who took made sure we had optimal opportunities for pictures of our ride with spectacular backdrops. The horses were well behaved and spunky for our group of three riders. We opted for a 1 hr ride that morning going east from the hotel and enjoyed the narrative by Jorge along the way. We booked an additional ride 1 1/2 the next morning and headed west toward CSL along the beach and enjoyed seeing the bat rays jumping as we rode along. Again the horses were well behaved and energetic. If you are an experienced rider there are opportunities to go at your own pace. We booked these rides as private rides for just the three of us but group rides are available as well. Would loved to have done one more! PS if you have a buffet be sure to bring an apple for your mount for the end of the ride! Long pants and shoes recommended

Once a casino, this graceful white building is now an architectural monument and features tours of its voluptuous interiors.
We enjoyed going to Rivera del Pacfico and taking a tour. We also saw a very good entertainment show. There was Mexican dancing, singing, and an amazing 80 year old plus who did rope tricks. Rivera del Pacifico was a former hotel and a favorite to stay at by many Hollywood entertainers and people like William Hearst. We also were given our choice of beverage - Mexican Coca-Cola, Pino Colado, or a Margarita. Vendors were also there selling their wares.

Clean, safe and very nice. Quaint town without the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Locos (Lucas). Lots of local shopping and things to do without the crowds.
