We enjoyed spending the morning with Solene. She took us to the hidden gems of the quarter. We saw artisans working in their shops, hidden passages and we learnt about how Paris is encouraging old professions to persevere and survive. The viaduc and the promenade was awesome so was the canal ST.Martin The Aligre market was lively and it did not hurt to have the tastings along the way. Highly recommended

The whole experience was amazing. Linda is an intuitive, friendly and knowledgeable stylist. I gave some sense of what I wanted help with, beforehand, and she really helped me find clothes to better balance my shape. I've just turned 50 so wanted something different but not so far from my style. She spent a long time working out what worked for me, and didn't rush or pressure me to buy anything. She was careful to make sure that I didn't go for any crazy impulse buys. We talked about how things could work with items in my wardrobe. She also advised on other shops that I might like to try, fitting my style and budget, after the experience. Linda was very well prepared, contrary to other reviews. She had put aside some things in my size, in the boutique that we started in. As an addition, it is worth noting that I did the tour during Covid. Linda and the shop staff wore masks all of the time and were very mindful of safety. I wore a mask too, fitting with the law, but that didn't hamper the fun experience. It was a truly fantastic two hours. I could have shopped all day! I would say, give lots of detail in advance about possible budget, sizings and what you want help with. As two hours is not long, you want to maximise time trying on. That said, Linda was very flexible and said we could do more window shopping, if that's what I preferred. The staff in the main boutique were lovely and helpful too. No pressure to buy but just a passion for fashion. My tip would also be, to book more than two hours.

We had an excellent experience with out Memories France guide Caroline at the Musee D'Orsay. We met for a two hour tour on a Saturday morning - there were 6 of us in the small group. Caroline was very knowledgeable and provided background on many paintings to give us a depth of understanding we would never have had otherwise. Who would have known that the face in a painting of a funeral procession was the face of the Emperor of France, and what was being buried under the funeral pall was liberty? Many insight such as these made for an educational and informative tour. Highly recommend.

I want to tell my experience with the tour so people could know what to expect. I had a tour today that included one fashion designer store and after that a tour in the Marais at regular shops like COS etc..... It seems like there have been no thinking of what could fit me personally and what was more amazing is the I have been told there are practically no fashion designers stores in that area so what was all the advertising in the website,,,? Linda is very friendly but definitely did not prepare for this one on one tour- being unprofessional is what made the tour extremely disappointing for me. At the end of the tour she showed me some stores I can go by myself .....thanks a lot
