This enormous Japanese department store sells everything from watches and handbags to Hello Kitty toys, electrical appliances, and dainty Japanese cakes and candies.
I paid a visit to SOGO Department Store recently, as they are launching 35th anniversary sale, as a "Head Chef" of my family, I will buy plenty of food when they have promotions. Good to know there are further 10% discount on their regular price items. I bought a pack of Scottish Beef Short Rib at the price of HK$224, I was told the rib was precooked by the producer in the method of Sous Vide for 50 hours, that is slow cook in 63 degree Celsius and was seasoned. I followed the instruction at the back of the pack, I defrost it and preheated the oven at 250 degree, and ovenbaked for 20 minutes before serving, of course, I will add some veggies for family members too. The meat is so tender and delicious, juicy and succulent, the taste is just good, the most important thing I like is time-saving in cooking, it is unbelievable we can enjoy Beef Short Rib at our table within half an hour. I will buy some more packs before the promotion ends on 18th June for sure!

Discreetly tucked between Happy Valley and Causeway Bay, this designer mall is spread over six buildings. It offers instantly recognizable luxury brands, designer children's clothes, and upscale cafes.
Second floor of Lee Garden Phase Two is particularly children friendly I find especially with the Private I Kids Salon, Fun Zone and Kids Zone. We took our one year old baby boy for his first haircut at Private I Kids Salon and the staffs there are all very adoptive to working with children. The shop has nonstop visits from family with little children and the hair shop provides more video entertainment than I could imagine to keep the little one occupied. All their haircut equipment also are children friendly not so sharp which is safe to operate around little ones. Particularly with their experiences they know how to work with children that cannot sit still which was amazing. The second floor of Phase II Lee Garden also is filled with variety of children clothing and toy stores so for anyone looking for upscale presents for children, you will definitely be able to find suitable presents or gifts for boys and girls.
