Pittsburgh has been remade and reimagined. Think 24 miles of riverfront trails, beautiful parks and historic attractions. Home to 90 neighborhoods, the ‘Burgh feels authentic and unpretentious. No visit is complete without a trip to the Strip District or PNC Park, a ride up the Duquesne Incline or a stop at The Andy Warhol Museum. Architecture buffs love Pittsburgh for the amazing downtown buildings. Hollywood producers, do, too—the city has even been called the “Hollywood of the East."

Less famous and smaller than the neighboring Pennsylvania Macaroni, Stamboulis brothers sticks a slightly different range of foods, including Turkish delight, halvah, and other middle eastern desserts, along with half a dozen varieties of feta cheese, a wide range of olives and marinated salads, many types of dates and much, much more.

"The Strip" as it is know has every kind of food you could ask for either prepared or the fixin's for it. From Vegetables, to meats, to seafood, to ethnic fair. You can eat (or drink) out on the sidewalk cafe's or dine in. No matter what you are looking for it is there somewhere. Saturday morning is the best and worst time to be there. Everyone is shopping then. So if you like lots of people then is the time to go. If not, Friday is a GREAT day. There are also street merchants selling Pirate, Steeler, or Penquin hats, shirts, and other things. Once you go there you become hooked. I should know as I drive 90 miles for the experience.
