I have been shopping at this incredible shop for years. I make it a point to stop by at least twice a year even if it’s just to see what is new. They have everything you can imagine from art to furniture to jewelry. They support local artists and their vision for unique finds is extraordinary. You can’t visit Stowe without stopping in. Also a huge thank you to their incredible staff. They go above and beyond whether you are just browsing, picking up an inexpensive gift or making a huge purchase. There is something for everyone.

I'd read other reviews about places to buy maple syrup in VT and decided to check out SMP for myself. The owner (sorry I forgot your name!) knew his business, plus gave us tastes of the 3 grades of syrup to help us decide which one(s) to get. We ended up ordering a half gallon of Grade A and a quart of Grade A Amber, both to be shipped and arrive to our home once we were back from vacation. We got back Saturday and our syrup joined us on Monday!! We'll finally be able to try them out on waffles later this weekend morning. As far as cost, we paid $74 for 3/4 of a gallon of pure VT maple syrup, which included shipping. I consider this a bargain for enjoying our VT vacation for many breakfasts to come!

We drove here on a rainy day in January. We met Audrey the owner who gave us some great background on the syrup production process and we tasted the different grades (lighter delicate flavour and darker stronger flavour) of syrup. Hands down best maple syrup I ever had and we bought some of each type to bring home. Highly recommend a visit here, lovely people and a great product.

My fiancé and I went on a whim and had an amazing time! We found this studio on a map of the Stowe area and after inquiring, found out that you can make your own pieces. Due to COVID restrictions there were some limitations, but even with the limitations there were a good amount of options. Michael was very fun to work with and made the experience that much better. He was very flexible with scheduling the time for us to come in and the session only took an hour. We did this the last day of our trip not realizing how long the pieces take to cool, and Michael arranged to have them shipped to our home. Would highly recommend to couples or a group looking for a unique experience.

We had some coupons from one of our tours for some free truffles, so we stopped in to try them. We ended up buying a selection of other super-tasty chocolates while we were there including dark chocolate peanut butter cups, chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate s'mores, and a few others. Really high quality chocolate, and a quaint shop. A must-do in Stowe!

Ski and Snowboard Rentals and Demos. Bike rentals and demos. Bike repair and sales. Outdoor Clothing Sales, footwear, swimwear, sunglasses and accessories. Patagonia and The North Face dealer.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bikes we rented were in good condition & comfy (wide seat, thick wheels), and we loved the Stowe Rec Path. We'll be sure to do this every time we visit Stowe.
