I went to visit a friend in nearby Vicenza and on my first day there, she said, "I need to take you to this pottery store." I didn't think much about it, but once I walked up the steps, I was practically drooling. The colors, the styles, the variety were AMAZING! We walked about for at least 90 minutes just looking at things and touching them. The I decided that I needed some new plates that I knew would color coordinate with my Portmeirion Botanic Gardens pattern. And then I saw a pitcher in the same green. And then I saw ceramic numbers that you can put together to use as your address on your house. I kept seeing more and more things. They will package your things to ship and I think they also ship. My friend's spouse works with the military stationed in Vicenza and she mailed them home to me (I'm waiting to receive the box(es)!! The store is so amazing that I had to make one more trip there before we left and I ended up spending more money. Plus, I knew I wanted to take some photos (see below.) If you are anywhere near Nove and you like ceramics (or like me, THINK you like ceramics,) just stop in one day. Unlike many places, they stay open during the lunch hour(s.) Don't forget cash - they will give you a discount for cash.

The project of the Foundation - a private non-profit organization that is open to the public – arosefrom the attention and sensitivity towards the culture of design and architecture that have always driven Bisazza. The Bisazza Foundation has a dual vocation: it is intended as an exhibition space to bring together works and installations by contemporary designers and architects who, over the course of the last 20 years, have created original applications for mosaics; it is also proposed as a cultural subject in continuous interaction with other international institutions for the purposes of hosting projects and exhibitions of design and architecture, not necessarily associated with mosaics.

In our dairy we produce many qualities of cheese made with the unpasteurized milk of our own cows. You can also visit the farm where we don't just keep cows, but also horses and hens.
