The Mudgee Honey Haven is one of Mudgee's premier tourist attractions with a range of experiences for the whole family. With the widest selection of honeys available you can taste trial each variety of honey before you decide on your favourites. Even the kids get to have a good time with a game of putt putt on our new 18 hole course with beeboxes painted by local primary schools. They'll also love watching the bees hard at work through a special glass window which shows a cross section of a real working bee hive. There's a wide selection of gifts, crafts and pottery and local Mudgee produce for which the region is well known. If wine tasting is more your style, sample some of our honey wines and liqueurs. And if that's not enough, why not enjoy a cuppa, coffee or light meal at the adjoining Honey Haven Cafe - the food's fresh and home baked. The first stop for the discerning tourist, the Mudgee Honey Haven has it all.

High Valley Cheese Co Mudgee - tastings & sales are available at our relaxed tasting booth next to (separate business) Cellar by Gilbert. Our casual location is great for locals & passing tourists alike. Meet the makers & team, 10am-4pm, 7 days a week & also at the local Farmers' & Makers' markets. View our artisan facility onsite through observation windows. Wholesale enquiries are welcomed.
After a small scheduling hiccup with a wine tour, they suggested a visit to the High Valley Mudgee Cheese Company. How could you refuse, if you love cheese? There is a no nonsense approach to showcase their cheeses, taking less than 10 minutes. But they sure pack in a lot of flavor in each and every minute. From flavored feta to cheddar to blue cheese options... wow .... we’ll be back!

Mudgee Farmer's markets operate on third Saturday of every month. The markets are always on - come rain, hail or shine. Grab a bacon and egg roll, team it with a freshly brewed coffee, and listen to local musicians play as you browse the great range of stalls. Chat to our specialist food producers before selecting some great produce to take home. All products sold have been grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed by the stallholders themselves. The Mudgee Farmers Markets are an authentic Farmers Market, and operate under strict Farmers Market guidelines, so you can be sure all produce sold at the markets is produced as close to our market as possible.
We are a small boutique organic, preservative free wine maker in the Mudgee area, established 1985, we have been selling at this market since 2008. We love meeting new people visiting Mudgee each weekend as well at our regular locals calling in for their supplies. We have several colleagues who also sell their wines at the market, as well as local bread, cheese, vegetables, nuts, coffee, mushrooms, preserves, eggs, honey, native plants and cut flowers, distilled spirits and fresh food cooked on the spot to be eaten in Robertson Park.

Quietly tucked away in Mudgee’s historic railway station is a delightful gallery containing the works of many local artists and artisans. Every day you have the opportunity to come in and meet one of our local producers, so come in and explore the rooms. With four rooms and more than 1000 locally produced items it’s an indoor marketplace everyday. Our beautifully restored heritage building, ample parking and extended opening hours makes us an ideal stop for individuals and bus groups alike. Art & Crafts Mudgee is open daily from 9am-4pm.
A good variety of genuine and authentic local arts and crafts for sale. Friendly staff who are both helpful and knowledgeable. Interesting history of the Mudgee Train Station (trains no longer running as the line is now closed). Lovely photo opportunity of this elegant building which "speaks of it's own history".
