Lewisburg is a borough in Union County, Pennsylvania, United States, 30 miles (48 km) south by southeast of Williamsport and 60 miles (97 km) north of Harrisburg. In the past, it was the commercial center for a fertile grain and general farming region. The population was 5,620 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Union County. Located in central Pennsylvania, on the West Branch Susquehanna River, Lewisburg is northwest of Sunbury. It is home to Bucknell University and is near the Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary. Its 19th-century downtown is on the National Register of Historic Places. Lewisburg is the principal city of the Lewisburg, PA Micropolitan Statistical Area, and is also part of the larger Bloomsburg-Berwick-Sunbury, PA Combined Statistical Area.

The Lewisburg Farmer's Market is a great taste of local culture and an economical way to get fresh eggs, fruits and veggies, and baked goods. Can be crowded in the mornings on Wednesdays, but sometimes popular items sell out by the afternoon.

Open 7 days a week year round, featuring a wide selection of merchandise including art glass, artwork, custom jewelry, baskets, primitive country, candles, tin ware, antiques, pottery, vintage furniture, Pennsylvania handcrafted items, historical collectibles and much more!

Multiple vendors selling antiques, collectibles, glassware, country crafts, jewelry, and more. Reasonable prices in most booths. Something for everyone. Only down-side is that they close at 5 p.m. every day but Friday.

Roller mills is well worth the visit if you are an antique collector. A number of different eras are covered and LOTS of booths/vendors here. We spent about 2 hours easily going through the center.
