Frank Meisler is a unique artist. As a child, little Frank was smuggled ti Britain with some other children whilst their parents and families were brutally murdered in Europe. Frank was raised in England as a Jewish child, refugee... His art is very unique and though some subjects point to joy and happiness, you cab=n see and feel the sarcasm and pain in every and any sculpture of his. Most of his work is connected to Jewish characters, famous people etc...but there is always a hidden hint behind. A n amazing artist and art work . A must have in any and every house and home respecting and appreciating good art.

Maskit is a luxury fashion brand founded in Israel in 1954 by the extraordinary vision and determination of Ruth Dayan, the former wife of the late general and statesman Moshe Dayan. Ruth created Maskit as a fashion and decorative arts house that created jobs and preserved the ethnic crafts and culture of the diverse communities living in Israel. In recognition of her service to the country, she will receive the Honorary Award of the President of Israel this June. Maskit became Israel's only fashion house. Each item captured a vivid inspiration, a distinct human element that set it apart from other top brands. It drew the attention of Pauline Trigere and other talented designers and fashion houses, such as Christian Dior, Yves Saint-Laurent, and Givenchy and resulted in several collaborative efforts. Sold internationally in prestigious stores such as Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus. Maskit became a lifestyle statement for celebrities and regular women alike, a hallmark of the arts and crafts. Told through fashion, Maskit is the story of Israel. It narrates the country's history through its textiles, embroideries, craftsmanship, and designs. Its clothes illustrate Israel's geography, its multitude of newcomers originating from diverse cultural backgrounds, and its biblical panorama and heritage. Today, the Maskit magic lives on. A two-year journey of research has led the team through the captivating Israeli landscapes to reconnect with Maskit's original artists and roots. At the age of 97, Ruth is working with designer Sharon Tal to revitalize the brand and continue its legacy. An honors graduate of the Shenkar School of Design, Sharon worked in Paris with Alber Elbaz at Lanvin, and then became the head of embroidery at Alexander McQueen in London. Together, Ruth and Sharon are driving the future of Maskit, infusing its rich heritage with modern fashion and remaining focused on delivering top-quality and exclusive designs. The first collection, called Hommage 2014, incorporates Maskit's 40 years of activity while bringing it to 2014. It includes updated versions of Maskit's iconic items, such as the desert coat, the egg coat, and the toga. The collection draws on Maskit's traditional designs while using new materials and the highest quality of fabrics.

Handmade ceramic collection by Irit Goldberg, that is presented at her pastoral gallery in Old Jaffa. Irit crafts her collection of stylish yet functional items at her private workshop, producing each piece individually by hand, with items in various colors and extraordinary textures in a color scheme that spans cream, white, grey and turquoise, with elements of gold or silver. In addition the gallery has items from antique shops and markets worldwide such as a selection of vintage treasures from the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s that she culled with impeccable taste: Silver tablewares, crystal jars and other objets d'arts sit alongside Irits's handcrafted ceramics, forming a pleasing juxtaposition between old and new. All of the ceramics pieces, except those with elements of gold or silver, are heat-resistant and oven-safe. Irit also designs and creates custom-order pieces, and offers express delivery service all over the world.
