Old maps of every part of the world from as early as the sixteenth century. Historical prints of the Old West, Civil War, American Revolution, and pretty much any topic you can think of. But Cherry Creek Shopping Center, also known as Cherry Creek Center, in the posh suburb of Cherry Creek, Colorado, is one of the toniest shopping malls we have ever experienced. Call it posh or elite or luxurious or even spectacular. Even if you aren't in the mood or the market to purchase anything, it's fun to just stroll down the walkways and browse or just sit and people-watch. Originally completed in 1953 and renovated in 1990, Cherry Creek is located about 3 1/2 miles southeast of downtown Denver in the Cherry Creek neighborhood, home of the great Cherry Hills golf course. It is situated along East First Avenue on the banks of Cherry Creek. It has over 160 specialty boutiques and over 40 stores exclusive to the area, including Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Burberry, Neiman Marcus, Tory Burch, Stuart Weitzman, Omega and David Yurman.
