Authentic St.Petersburg Tour - Kolomna District Experience Private Guided Tour in St.Petersburg, Russia There is a place in the city, which can show you the real and unique St. Petersburg with its amazingly mysterious and romantic atmosphere — it is the Kolomna District. This district is often called "the most authentic Petersburg" because it does not look like the fanciful Nevsky Prospect neither does it look like boring outskirts. It is a historical area of the city, where the spirit of the old city still lives. In Kolomna we will see the constant patterns of rivers and canals and the famous place from which you can see most of the bridges in St. Petersburg — the so- called Semimostie or the place of Seven Bridges. It is the best place to walk and enjoy awesome sights of the romantic old city.

Admire the interiors of Catherine Palace and hear an interesting story about the events in Russian history, connected with Tsarskoye Selo and St. Petersburg. Catherine Palace remained a summer residence of the Russian monarchs during almost two centuries. This inspiring place is also known as "the town of muses", because in different periods it was a refuge for the great Russian writers A. S. Pushkin, M. Y. Lermontov, S. A. Esenin. During our tour you will walk along the paths of Catherine Park, on the territory of which more than 100 different sculptures, pavilions, bridges, monuments and other constructions are situated. Take a scenic walk around the Catherine Park that covers an area of 107 hectares and consists of a regular old garden (1717-1720) and the English landscape park (1760-1796) separated by a large pond. We took this action with a friend of mine when we were in Moscow for New year's holidays. They took us from our hotel to the banyas in a good car. The banya experience was really great with taking a swim in the icy pool, also we took some drinks with us. The local girls were charming and our guide Mikhail helped us a lot communicate. Everything was safe and memorable, delightful experience!

My family and I came from London and spent two days traveling around St. Petersburg with a wonderful guide named Nadezhda. Her knowledge of Russian history, culture and art was so impressive. In addition, her ability to transmit history and ideas in perfect English has greatly influenced our time and the appreciation of St. Petersburg. Private tours of the Palace Tour helped us see everything we planned. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended for aurora hunting. They really are experts, as their name says. We may not have seen large auroras but the photos are extremely impressive. Alex, the coordinator is very kind and trustworthy. We are from the Philippines and Japan, we may not know anyone here in Murmansk but Alex is a guy you can trust. Likewise, Artem is an excellent photographer. No words to say! Absolutely professionals!

Pavlovsk is one of the most romantic imperial residences around Saint-Petersburg. It was a gift from Catherine the Great to her son Paul I to celebrate the birth of his firstborn. Pavlovsk was a family summer residence of Paul I. The palace is designed in a classical style and surrounded by an English-style park with a total area of 1500 acres. The palace interiors are the best preserved in suburbs, there are a lot of original furniture and belongings. This tour is private and you will have a guide and a driver accompanying you.
Inclusions: Guide service, Tickets, Transfer, Photo permissions
Exclusions: Food and drinks

What could be more impressive then seeing the beauty of Saint Petersburg leisurely from the water? The city is criss-crossed with small rivers and canals, which makes the city look like Venice or Amsterdam. Never miss a chance to take a St Petersburg canal tour while you are here. The St Petersburg canal tour is even more impressive during White nights. Imagine going underneath raised bridges, surrounded by marvellous architecture, glowing palaces and illuminated mansions.
Inclusions: Professional guide, Hotel/port pickup and drop-off

We booked a 2 day tour that unfortunately had to be cancelled because the cruise was cancelled. Working with Alexei Volkov before and after the cancellation was a pleasure.
