Feed carrots to Chipper Donkey. Collect eggs from nests of more than a dozen breeds of chickens. Play with and groom mini horses. Pose for pics with alpacas, Love Maverick & Slider (livestock guard dogs), and hold super fluffy Silkie chickens. You can find 65+ million year old fossils and even hike to the top of Mt. Hoppe to see some of the best views in Hill Country.

Our hotel (Old Central Firehouse Bed and Brew) told us about this hidden gem. Beautiful paintings and art spread along an alley off Avenue D and Irving. I loved it...the creativity to take a random alley and fill it with art made me smile. Check out the other public art in San Angelo; the city really embraces public art! In addition to Paintbrush Alley, look for the historical murals on downtown buildings, the sculptures (love the mosaic cars!) on the Riverwalk and the Sunken Gardens, and the Pop Art Museum (on Twohig between Irving and Randolph). Don’t miss the mosaic floor at the Sassy Fox...amazing!

As a technology and media company, we don't just connect the world - we connect people and culture. The AT&T Discovery District(R) is where all this comes together - and everyone's invited. After all, life's better when we get together and share new experiences. Leave your expectations at the door. The District is a celebration of innovation, right in the heart of downtown Dallas.

The Paseo del Rio is San Antonio's favorite attraction. You can shop, dine, lounge in a cafe, or simply stroll along and let the strumming mariachi soothe your spirit.
The Riverwalk in San Antonio is a must for your list if in San Antonio. Even with the construction going on, the lively, colorful, variety offered on the Riverwalk has something for everyone; shops, restaurants, music, delectable treats, foliage, architecture, birds, ???? ducks, and of course- people watching. Every employee along the way was friendly, polite and engaging. The city streets were also safe to walk, and clean in most spots.

The International Waterlily Collection has been designated by the International Waterlily & Water Gardening Society as the premiere collection of waterlilies in existence. This collection is the life work of one man with the mind of a scientist, the heart of a poet and the soul that embodies preserving waterlily heritage for the generations to come. His name is Ken Landon. Ken is only able to display about 1/2 of 1% of the collection each year so there is always something new and wondrous to see.
The Lilly Garden is an oasis in West Texas. It’s World renowned, peaceful, and very relaxing. Take the whole family out for a stroll.

New to Aggieland, I found this memorial thoughtful and a fitting tribute to the lives that were lost in that terrible accident. We went at dusk and thought the lighting added an even greater dimension to the memorial.

This park is just a couple of blocks from the town square yet it has a neighborhood feel to it. In the summer the pool will be busy, and there are some hoops. Most of all there is a big area full of fun sculptures. Great place for a walk.
