We booked a tour of Moscow & St. Petersburg for 4 people with Ulkotours and were so impressed and happy with their service. After going through immigration with the excursion tickets previously sent by Ulkotours, Ekaterina was waiting for us to go to the airport and start our wonderful day in Moscow. Ekaterina was so personable, easy to talk to and spoke perfect English. Once in Moscow we met Max the tour guide, he walked us to the Red Square, The Kremlin with Armoury, St Basil Cathedral and some amazing train station explaining us every detail. Max was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On our 2nd day of tour in St. Petersburg we had a wonderful time visiting the highlights of the beautiful St. Petersburg, Liza makes the tour with much knowledge and enthusiasm. I forgot the driver name but I have to mention that he was excellent; he pleased us by taking us to the football stadium in St Petersburg to take pictures. Super friendly. Since the beginning of the preparation of the trip, we received an excellent attention from Ksenia. She responded timely to our questions, specific travel needs and maintained the service level very efficiently at all times. Surprised with the coordination of plane, train, and the hydrofoil tickets also entrances to the visited places avoiding the long lines. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful trip to Russia and an amazing tour of St Petersburg in early February before the start of the pandemics. The guide for the 2 day tour (I forgot her name) was the best person to do this job . Personable, friendly and informative. She took us to the museums and palaces as well as to nice places for lunch. I was amazed by the Russian churches I have never seen that much gold in any other place. Thanks to the guide and the driver it was possible to see so much more than we could have seen on our own even in a week. BTW traveling in February was not as cold as I imagined. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a wonderful tour of St Petersburg with Marina. She was a wonderful guide: friendly, cheerful and hugely knowledgable. She collected us promptly at our hotel and we spent a full day discovering the key sights of the city – a perfect introduction that we could never have managed alone. She told us a huge amount about the city, its history and its place in the wider story of Russia. The tour was built around us and what we wanted to do, and Marina and the excellent driver helped make sure we got back a little early as we were heading out for the evening. A magical day!
