Once known as The Land of the Mountains, the 10,000-square-mile province of Tirol is a wonderland of gushing rivers, lush meadows and rugged peaks. Fantastic hiking trails wind along paths through the Zillertal Alps. Famed resort towns confetti the mountainsides, including Kitzbühel, St. Anton, Ischgl and Seefeld, site of some events in the 1964 and 1976 Winter Games. Compact capital Innsbruck is a medieval gem. The Tirolean identity is strong: Expect to see lederhosen and feathered hats.

Das Lafairs with only 37 very modern, charmingly and high quality furnished, spacious rooms, for a pleasantly quiet atmosphere. And with a beautiful spa area with sauna, steam bath, laconium, ice grotto, hay bath and indoor pool, which merges into a well-kept garden. Kinesiological treatments and massages are part of the varied offer. Warm, cordial and homely is not only the furnishing but also the contact with the guests. The Upper Inn Valley is the best place for mountain biking and hiking, in winter the Samnaun-Ischgl and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Skiing Areas can be easily reached from the Hotel. The region and the hotel are also particularly popular with bikers who want to explore the border triangle of Italy, Switzerland and Austria. The Upper Inn Valley itself is a wonderful mountain and alpine landscape that has been largely spared from the great tourism flows and which you should definitely discover.
I spent 6 days here last week with friends. Excellent location to stay if you wish to ski several areas close by. Hotel served this purpose very well. Rooms were tidy and comfy and with plenty of space. Restaurant and bar were very good, 5 course dinner very creative and breakfast too. Saunas and pool too to relax after a day on the slopes. The family run hotel has a cozy, friendly and warm atmosphere, yet the hotel is big enough to have a degree of privacy if one likes that. We booked for next year as well.

Good location with an magnificant view over the mountains. The room had a very strong scent of detergent. Got a another room and it was the same. Pool and sauna area was nice & clean and not overcrowded. Breakfast and dinner was ok but not more. One of the staff in reception was very rude and inhospitable.

Hotel was beautiful and food was amazing…. However the hotel is understaffed and needs a management system in place. Meal times were chaotic with meals coming out sporadically - sides 30-45 mins before/after the rest of meal. Some people at the table were eating 2 hours before others even though orders were placed at the same time with the same waiter. Two nights out of the five our orders were completely forgot about and we had to reorder 3 times. We asked to speak to the manager on both occasions of the orders being forgotten about. The first time we were told the manager wasn’t there and the second time we were told to speak to them in the morning. We spoke to the manager and they said that staff is hard to find - understandable yes but a manager was clearly needed each night to oversee the staff and ensure that food was being served - the manager being available the next morning was pointless. Some of the staff clearly did not want to be there and were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were told multiple times each evening to keep the noise down when we were chatting as we waited hours for food to be served. What did they expect? Us to sit quietly and wait. On the last day we were waiting in the lobby for our airport transfer from 11am-1pm. During this time we were asked to keep the noise down multiple times - again we were just chatting nothing that would be too loud for a usual hotel lobby. Then they proceeded to move us to a table around the corner in the dining area instead of sitting in the hotel lobby. There was plenty of seating for other guests so I don’t know why they were so rude. Overall the experience was ruined by the rude staff, lack of organisation and non-existent management system. It was a pity as the hotel was beautiful and some staff were clearly trying their best but they were understaffed and there was just no organisation.

Our family of 6 just returned home from a week at the Kroller and I want to go back immediately!! Between ski school, kids club, water park, trampoline park, soft play and carousel our children 6, 4, 4, 1 years old truly had the best time! Kinder hotel really thinks of every little detail to make the stay enjoyable and restful. There were diaper changing stations (WITH DIAPERS provided) in several areas of the hotel so I didn’t have to carry a diaper bag around the hote. The carousel waiting in the lobby upon check in was such a fun surprise for the kids and we used it throughout. The indoor water park and trampoline park across the street was a great way to end the afternoon before heading to dinner. Danny and all of the kitchen staff and Toni (our server) were so kind and attentive to our family. Toni learned the seat configuration (2 booster seats & 1 high chair) and made sure to have it setup for us at every meal. This was such a gift to a tired mama. Mira, Bjorn and Patryk were so kind and welcoming to our kids in kids club. They had activities planned for each day and evening to keep the kids entertained. Tjin and the others at Almi ski school were so great with our kids. Mario in the sport store was incredibly helpful getting my 3 young kids fit for skis and setting up a pony ride. Joyce and Isabel were such a treat to visit in the spa. We cannot recommend Kroller Kinder enough!! You must take your family there!!

Stayed here for 3 days recently. The location is excellent and a short 10 min walk into town or to the trains station. You are a bit cut off from the world, in here and that is great when you need a break. The staff are friendly and are always on hand to advise. The rooms are nice and spacious and mine had a balcony too - overlooking the forest. The spa facilities - in this resort are something worth mentioning. There is a wide variety - including saunas, steam rooms, infra red room, suspended loungers. The loungers and the relaxing facilities by the pool are worth trying out. The food - the breakfast buffet is expansive, offering a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, breads and juices. You also have a choice of pastries and hot breakfast - sausages, hashbrowns and omelettes - made to order. The dinner buffet is equally impressive too and is worth the 45 Euro price tag. The day I had my dinner there, they had a strudel buffet too. overall a great experience and would definitely consider spending a few days here and exploring Seefeld. I don't normally repeat my resort visits, but this one is worth the exception.

The place to take a break from every day life. Welcome to the Nature Resort in the Oetztal, Tyrol. Many people who want to escape during their summer or winter holidays from the demands of everyday life are decidedly searching for something special, looking for secluded rural settings and evocative natural wonders. Our aim is to create omething in the mountains for those people, something that is different. A hotel with 4 stars but not in the traditional sense, more like a small village, authentic and part of the surrounding forest and meadows as if it had been in the location forever. A hideaway for people to let them forget the hustle and bustle of the world ...
We have been going here for the past 10 or more years and it is always a pleasure. The chalets are very pretty and are a great combination of traditional and modern elements. The staff incredible: attentive, super friendly and forthcoming. We always feel very well taken care of and let me tell you: the food is just superb!!!

Having skied in Fieberbrunn before but stayed at a different hotel, our group of 5 decided to book the Tui Blue for a week in February. This hotel is impressive from the outset being almost ski in/out with check in being handled swiftly and efficiently by the friendly staff. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had lovely views out over the mountains. Food was plentiful and tasty and again the waiting staff were friendly and helpful. However trying to have a drink in the bar of an evening was spoilt by the multitude of children running around the bar area screaming and playing on the lifts and stairway's adjacent to the bar with no parents in sight. I appreciate this is a family hotel but why should other guests be subjected to the unruly behaviour of other peoples children in this manner. Unfortunately I am not in the position to be able to pick and choose my time off so could only book in the week I did. When I approached reception to voice my concerns regarding the children I was told that the hotel would do nothing about it. I asked for my complaint to be passed to the duty manager, my room number was noted and I heard nothing else about it during my stay which was disappointing. All in all it is a really nice hotel, great location, great staff. Pity that some guests think it is ok to subject others to their children’s bad behaviour and the hotel accepts this.
