“Reverie Siam is a concept Resort inspired by the cultural fusion that occurred in the early part of the 20th century. Circa 1925, The Great War has been over for nearly a decade. Prohibition in the States has given birth to Speakeasies with musicians such as Bessie Smith, Duke Ellington and Louis Armstrong providing the soundtrack. New advances in transportation allow those hungry for adventure and wealth to try their luck in new Lands, in our case Southeast Asian Lands. For those fortunate enough to be successful an easy decadent existence follows. The fashions and trends they import with them merge into the local cultures and an intoxicating blend ensues. We celebrate this blend, choosing to remember as if by the dreams of those who might have participated long ago, in those heady days of romance, adventure and elegance. ”
If you are visiting Pai for the first time and don't know where to stay, Riverie Siam is the your savior. The location, ambience and staff are awesome. The price is affordable and the breakfast is included in the room charge, a bonus!!! Couldn't ask for more. Yay!!!

It is situated rather far away from the walking street but made up by the free transport arrangement to bring guests to and back from the town centre where eateries and bars are located. The single pro and con are both related to its location and accessibility. Furthermore, from the micro perspective, accessibility is also about within the premises. It is certainly not wheel chair friendly and those carrying luggages should avoid upper floor as it is staircase only. In fact I think the hotel management should advise its customers that they should not bring their luggage along to check in but after checking in at the counter, then bring the luggage via the carpark slop, to avoid climbing steps to reach their rooms My second take on this lace is that while it is named a resort and indeed its external environment is a resort like setting, the rooms need to maintain a certain degree of upkeep in housekeeping. The bathroom is certain ly below expectation - at best 2-star. I am not sure why the handle of the shower is made entire of metal as when hot water passes through it, it is quite impossible to hold it without being “burned”. The water pressure of the heater is inconsistent thus resulted in uneven passing out of hot water, making balancing a continuous fussing game. It is such a pity that such minus issues are overlooked by the hotel management which may affect retuning customers.

The rooms are beautiful!!! And situated right on the river! All the decor is Thai influenced and very tasteful, rooms were also very clean. The bathrooms are outdoors and gorgeous, best shower ever! I didn’t eat here but it is very close to good Thai restaurants and a 7/11 I didn’t encounter many staff but I stayed her alone after falling ill at a nearby hostel so was mainly just relaxing and trying to get better Was a really good price for what I got very serene and lovely

PaiRiverCorner Resort&Restaurant sits peacefully between the Pai River and the tradition rural market village of Pai, in a remote mountain valley mid way between ChiangMai and Mae Hong Son in Northern Thailand. Our elegant boutique hotel offers modern accommodation with private balconies, a beautiful swimming pool and peaceful gardens on the banks of the Pai River with fields and mountains beyond.
The restaurant. a well conceived, modern building is beautifully located on a bend in the river with nice views. The food is well prepared and the portions generous. (But even for Thai tastes the dishes are very, very spicy!). Food prices are mid-range. The place is clean and thought has been given to wheelchair users with ramps etc. Please note this review covers only the restaurant aspect of the resort

Finding a second paradise hide-out at Pai, some 3 hours drive from Chiangmai city. The tiny northern town, is fast becoming an artists haunt, a perfect antidode to the bustle of modern Thailand. With its burbling streams, impeccable manicured fields and surrounding mountains, shrouded in early morning mists, this tiny town with lots of activities midway between Chiangmai and Mae Hong Son, is indeed a refreshing place to visit.
The isaan lady who make my cocktails steal from my room. In afternoon she recommended i try her special massage in my room. I agreed. When doin massage she smoking,i have to tell her stop smoke in my room. Afterwards when im face down she steal the money from my table, and make excuse she need to go. I dont have time file police report because i have to checkout next day and drive to CHiang Mai. Pool is dirty, loud motorbikes and barking darks at night. Do not recomend.

False Advertising/Careful with the Hotel Photography...Many Fake Comments. Need some serious renovation. Poor Equipment. Staff terrible/no english. No view/parking. So hot in the room, and no isolation/many insects. Old fan...Nightmare, and no refund possible.

What a beautiful place! We spent a magical New Years vacation here with panoramic views of the fireworks at midnight in the distance. Private hot springs hot tub facing the rice fields and mountains - what more could you want!? The water was always hot and the view is incredible. Comfy bed, rustic chic room, and very sweet and attentive staff. Highly recommend Pripta for a very relaxing getaway.
