The fragrant air of Morocco seems spiked with local spices. Cradled by the dunes of the Sahara, the Kingdom has been inhabited for hundreds of thousands of years. And from the bustling Medina of Marrakech to the mosaic of leather tanning vessels in Fes, Moroccan culture is still steeped in rich tradition. The collection of blue-bottomed boats in Essaouira has become a monochromatic hallmark of the city, while the cafés of Casablanca will invoke your inner Bogie or Bergman.

An answer to all your desires, for Families or Couples, Summer and Winter ... The Aqua Mirage Club Marrakesh All Inclusive covers 20 hectares of nature with a splendid view on the Atlas Mountains. The hotel has its giant Aqua Park for the little ones as well as for the fun seekers, a wide range of activities, varied dining areas and rooms dedicated to the organization of meetings and seminars.
Hotel is lovely, but the chemist at the top of the road must be doing great business due to the number of people getting sick while staying here. Several of our party suffered vomiting and diarrhoea. The food hygenine is not great. I personally saw guests take pizza and then put it back, children putting their hand into the olive bowl because there was no serving spoons, and one child taking a croissant and then putting it back. There wasn't enough staff in the buffet to stop this happening. I also spoke to several other people who were also sick while we were there. Sickness seemed to be a problem. Apart from going on holiday and becoming sick, which somewhat defeats the purpose of a holiday, the other aspects of the hotel are OK. The grounds are well kept. The water park is good. The lifeguards do their job, I saw them pull 2 kids out of the pools on separate occasions. The rooms are OK. It's just a shame that they haven't quite got the food hygenine up to standard. There was also urine smell on occasion in the main pool. If the good hygenine was better, then I would have given a rating of 4 star.

The Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech hotel got ISO 22000 certified in its latest version 2018 (Kitchens, restaurants and bars) in January 2020 by the Moroccan institute for standardization IMANOR. The hotel was completely refurbished to offer guests a new, more comprehensive experience. Its excellent location – amid the 100,000 palm trees in Marrakesh – is an invitation to discover the exceptional surroundings of the Atlas Mountains. Its services and 4-star rating complement each other to perfection. It features modern facilities where you can enjoy a couple’s holiday or a family holiday: outdoor pools and children’s water park, SPA Sensations, delicious Moroccan cuisine served at its three restaurants, two bars, a food truck, activity programme, including ten sports courts, night-time shows, children’s playground, and golf courses nearby. The Club Palmeraie Marrakech hotel offers all of the entertainment you could possibly desire to enjoy the perfect holiday.
My friends and I visited at the end of may for 5 nights and loved it here! The hotel was lovely, clean and staff all super friendly. We had adjoining rooms which was fun too. The food was also really nice, a really big range of options and the chefs were incredibly helpful as one of us was a coeliac (gluten free). Special thanks to Chef Ameen (Amee? Amin? So sorry I can’t remember how he spelt it…) as he personally showed her round every meal for what was safe for her to eat, and had gluten free bread made and dessert brought out to her! Thank you so much to all!!

Just back from a week break I would have rated the hotel and service over all 4.5 stars. Resort itself is breath taking and is kept exceptionally well by the ground staff. The grounds are beautiful without a doubt. Rooms are absolutely stunning and for longer stays they are more than comfortable. Great bathroom, clothing area, and the bedroom size was fantastic. Staff at the hotel are very attentive and polite at all times. They all have a fantastic level of English which is fantastic. Very helpful at all times and nothing was ever to much trouble. All the teams that work in the hotel that we came across the cleaners, bar staff, catering staff, and reception and security were all very well mannered and helped your experience. Down falls, When we arrived at half 2 in the morning we were given a map to find my hotel room which was not easy. So a 5 star service I would have expected more from RUI. Secondly the map was not easy to navigate Thirdly the resort is massive so doesn’t help matters. In places the hotel starting to look more to a 4 star than 5. Lifts were an issue which kept breaking down frequently which is disappointing. RUI app is something to be desired not quiet making the bench mark here. You would request something through the app and if it happens it happens. Sometimes your requests were not honoured. So maybe a bit of work required here. Dinner at the Buffet restaurant at 7pm there would be a massive line of customers waiting to get in. And when you did get in there was a line of RUI staff there to welcome you it was quiet weird and I felt it was uncomfortable. In light of this it’s an embarrassment to an establishment of such a high level of standard. And the hotel should be thinking how this looks to the public eye who has spent over £2,000 for a week stay, Al Carte restaurants are not Al Carte choice is not great. Take yourself down to the marina in Agadir if you want Al Carte. It was as if you had to have the same food as everyone else it was a bit like a factory converbelt. Entertainment was very poor and not enough activities on site. Overall we had a fantastic experience and a great holiday. Thank you to your team for a pleasant stay,

A pioneer in its category. This hotel-club provides a full range of activities together with the best contemporary design by architect Imaad Rahmouni. Modernism and discovery can be shared by families or friends, in one of the best leisure hotels in Morocco, located by the Atlas Mountains, in the middle of 10 hectares centenarian olive trees. Accommodation 9 riads 254 double or triple rooms (32 m²) and 60 suites (53 m²) – all with private balcony.
Good points: - Very clean rooms and communal areas - Swimming pool is amazing - Swimming slides are incredible, kids absolutely loved them. - Good selection of activities such as aqua-aerobics, zumba, water polo etc Bad points: - Usually in a 5 star hotel, the staff will go above and beyond. Here, they did not, there were a handful of lovely staff including waiters and the animation team but opart from this, anything we asked seemed too much trouble, especially at the bar. - Great hotel if you are french - they speak very limited english and everything is in french. - AC in the rooms not great, we were quite hot most nights. - Beds are awfully uncomfortable - so hard! - Cocktails very limited and alcohol definitely watered down. - No allergens highlighted so basically no gluten free choices and nothing labelled, if it was it was in french only so was unable to understand what meats we were eating. - Food quality as expected for an all inclusive but was disappointed with all the cold food as there were flies landing on it all constantly so didn't want to risk eating it. - Had to queue for food and drinks most of the time and guests have no concept of queuing which was rather frustrating. - Dinner starts late - 7pm which is late if you have young children that need feeding. Kids disco doesnt start til 8:30pm.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful resort. Comfort was as expected in Four Seasons but service level was above and beyond. Friendly and caring staff across all departments. We tried all the restaurants which were all extremely good. Special mention to the Italian one. Strongly recommended for any type of stay in the ocre city.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. We believed it was a couples retreat, relaxing, on the website TUI advertised a quiet hotel focused on ‘wellbeing’ and ‘low key activities’. Our first night there was a pool party. That is now what we would consider as low key activity. Hotel staff are amazing, so friendly, food is incredible. But the evening entertainment is more tailored to an 18-30s holiday than a quiet, relaxing experience. If you’re a couple on a honeymoon we do not recommend it. If your a group of young adults looking for something lively with no kids then this hotel is perfect. TUI need to revisit the advertisement of this hotel it is very misleading.
