The Mississippi Gaming Commission ordered that casinos within Mississippi, including Harrah’s Gulf Coast, suspend gaming operations effective at midnight on March 17, 2020. The decision was made out of concern for public health. To date, there have not been any reported cases of COVID-19 at Harrah’s Gulf Coast. Harrah’s Gulf Coast will continue to work with our state and local leaders and our team members to get through this difficult time together. Harrah’s Gulf Coast will work with the Mississippi Gaming Commission to execute a smooth closing process and will reopen as soon as the state gaming commission determines it is appropriate to do so.
I have been coming to Biloxi for years. We stayed here about 10 years ago and thought we would give it another try after a bad experience. Well, that was a mistake. The rooms are in bad condition, food in the halls, small gaming floor and they closed the buffet. I am not big on buffets, but enjoyed the breakfast buffet years ago. Comps aren't the greatest. I can go to another property and get more comps and much better rooms. Room was dirty and furniture is tired. Mattresses was well used.

The 370 room, 23 story resort features a 55,000 square foot Indoor Family Entertainment Center " Escape" which offers a rock climbing wall, ropes course, virtual attractions and hundreds of arcade style games. Our outdoor water playground features a 450 foot lazy river, two water slides and a splash pad, balancing flip flops obstacle course, and pool with a swim up bar. Dine in one of our three on-site restaurants or have a drink at one of our five bars. There's never a reason to leave!
My daughter and I went to this hotel last summer because we wanted to get away and it seemed like it would be a great place for kids. First thing is first, she loved the arcade and pool, loved it. However, she was 6 and didn't notice the complete filth of this hotel. I chalked it up to COVID or what-have-you, but after reading the reviews from 2022, I will be taking my vacation elsewhere this summer. I was hoping reviews had changed and was willing to give it another try, but for the cost, its juts too damn dirty and gross. Being your own room waters and snacks, because once the coffee shop closes, you are on your own....no sundries store at a $200+/night place.....Now, i know ill get a generic response form the property management group, but just clean your hotel. Like seriously, just clean it.

Comfort Suites Biloxi - Ocean Springs is located conveniently right off of I-10 at the very east end of Biloxi on the Biloxi Ocean Springs line. We are a 100% smoke free hotel. There is a $100.00 Deposit required on all rooms at time of check in.
Reserved the three bedroom suite given a two bedroom and told they did not have a three bedroom. When I showed the desk clerk my online confirmed reservation, she said someone had given it to one women. My granddaughter had to sleep on two chairs and a table. This happened with another Expedia reservation we had in Memphis once. I will never use Expedia again.

This hotel is probably the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. We were down for “Cruisin’ The Coast” and if there had been an affordable place with 100 miles, we would have left and taken anything else. This place is in severe disrepair and smells atrocious. It’s been flooded way too many times and either not repaired or done haphazardly. It’s just trashy. There isn’t enough parking. We wound up having to park our truck and trailer at another location. The room hadn’t been vacuumed in so long that just walking from the bed to the bathroom, my feet were sticky and gross. There was no breakfast. The location was the only good thing about this place. The price was 10 times more expensive than it is worth. Don’t waste your money. Go ANYWHERE else even if you have to pay more.More

We’ve taken all the steps to make this place a home-away-from-home. Bright colors, friendly spaces and an atmosphere of resort modernity complemented by Southern hospitality make our hotel an immediately inviting place. With comfortable seating and lighting, tailored beds, soft linens, spa-like bathrooms, floor to ceiling and wall to wall glass to take advantage of the magnificent views, and more!
First let me say, one of the Best Casinos for certain things such as bright, clean, and fantastic rooms, great hosts and great food comps if you play slots. We live local and always stay on Wed & Thurs because its a very small casino and gets super busy on weekends. Some rules have changed recently, you MUST check out at 11am everyone EXCEPT if you have the Red /Black Card which is horrible. Being a Gold Card I always was able to stay in the room until noon. What is the big deal people? one more hour, and you know no one gets the rooms until close to 4pm anyway? Ok we were never told prior to checking in NO COOLERS ALLOWED IN THE ROOM! Ridiculous! we bring extra drinks with us, I would like to know the REAL reason why, I can understand during a hurricane evacuation situation, because people do take all the ice but come on.....You all NEVER have enough water in the rooms to begin with. Now you MUST show ID EVERY time you go on the elevator to get to your room! Some guards you told them your name, and they check the computer, and others would ask all parties for their ID"s. Even when you go down JUST to get coffee. I can understand security, But this is so wrong and a pain when you are carrying things!. The temporary location for under the Oak for take out orders is a MESS, Slow, and I miss Rebecca who was there for years, when a women a mean women was so nasty when I asked her about Rebecca. She was a hostess, while a very nice lady, was running and trying to help to go orders when this mean women just stood their, when I asked her why can't you take my order, she said nasty attitude, I am NOT a to go specialist!.. Please. I wish I had her name to report her to the owner, I think she might be a manger of sort. The line was long, service was awful!. I felt so bad for the lady who helped me, while the mean women just stood their and stared. She could of helped out!. Now the Garage situation, just horrible, you have to go to level 4, ok, but when level 3 was completely empty? why? for the Red and Black players? sure I can understand but to close BOTH levels? ... ; :The Orchid Room, is fantastic and service this time was awesome! The cocktail service in the rest of the Casino was awful, waiting for over a hour at some parts of the casino. Use can use "staffing shortage" all you want, but other casinos don't have that issue, and your casino is smaller than others. The best part is the food at Scarlet Steak house, new menu, Love the Florida Grouper and Lobster Ravioli and Crab Cakes. Service is top notch. Just fantastic. I have a strong suggestion about players cards. Why don't you have another "level in between Gold and Red Cards... a huge point difference which does not appear fair. To acquire food comps on your card is fantastic and we play a lot and I think SP has the best food comp system on the coast. Your Pool is terrible (location on the street) hard to get to, no pool bar, and why do you allow the public to use it while NOT staying there? where is the security in that one. You check ID's when you want to go to your assigned room, but allow the public to us your pool? and why do you allow kids? A casino is NOT for children. One last thing, Please Fix your AC system, was way too hot by the Under the Oak area, and other areas worked fine.
