We check in to the hotel on 4 June 2022 around 10 pm. We got our room key (Tower 2, room 1444). As we enter the room my daughter was scared by the baby roaches running around in the toilet area. Then as we were about to take our bath, we found out that they only provided us with 2 towels (but during the booking we book a 3-person sharing room and we are charged for 3 persons). I called the room service and requested for an additional towel and waited for hours but they did not send it to our room. This is not all, the shower area was clog and as we took our shower the water rises as if we are in a flooding area. We complained this to the counter when we check out on the next day but till today they have not contacted us to refund or apologized to us for the unpleasant stay we had. THERE WILL BE NO MORE BOOKING OF THIS HOTEL FOR ME!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL.

We had walked in because we did not like the previous hotel we had booked. Stayed from 3-5 June 2022 Rooms We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 balconies and a living room sofa, dining, fridge, microwave, 2 toilets. Rooms had lots of light Service Since the moment we stepped in the lobby service was excellent. A person waiting at the lobby listened to our requirements and offered a walk-in rate (book earlier for better rates) Housekeeping came in to help immediately when ever we needed any assistance. We needed some help with AC remote, required a couple laundry bags and also room needed some cleaning. At one point a family member needed to connect to his PC and there was internet connection problem. The IT personnel gave us a visit in the room and did the trouble shooting. Received personalised attention from the Resort Manager Mr Vijayanathan, a very warm gentleman who on the first evening helped us select the meal Food We spent the 3 days eating at the hotel’s restaurants. The seafood restaurant is excellent. Their tom yam, butter prawn, lobster, Tiga-rasa grouper, garlic bean, broccolli scallop were very good. Drinks were good too. fresh coconut that we had on the beach chair, mai tai, shandy, pina-colada were excellent. Fruit juice towers looked an excellent option for young children although we did not order fruit juice. Breakfast was mainly traditional Malaysian. They did have cornflake, oatmeal fruits and breads. But off-the-griddle roti canai, fresh eggs, nasi lemak, mee, chicken, teh tarik were not missable. There were other restaurants as well. Korean, Indian, Cafe. We did try some cakes. Was not that great though Amenities An excellent place for young and old. It had a private beach with beach chairs on the embankment. We enjoyed the morning sun rise and fabulous view of the deep blue sea in the afternoon sitting on the beach chairs, sipping fresh coconut. Later when the sun went down, played some in the seawater They offered various sea sports activities , jet ski, para-sailing, banana boat. We did the family boat ride that accommodates 5 people at one go. There were many water activities for young children and we saw them thoroughly enjoying. We took some laps in the lap pool There was a big retail shops that sold different choice of items including some mementos. there were some smaller shops also The resort had so many other entertainment - archery, games arcade, bird watching karaoke etc We did spend some time at the gym and spa In the evening, the central field became live with other activities. There were dances, bubble blowing and movie screening with a projector with plastic seats on the grass for people to sit. They really thought through Crowd Management We went to Desaru dreading how crowded it might be during school holiday season. It was crowded. A big thumbs Up to them for excellent crowd management. The queue ticket system for checkin and check out, the extra large breakfast area, toilets and taps dotted around.

No bath mat provided, some essential toiletries not provided and almost everything is run down. Utter disappointment.

Please bring your own bug removal spray as the beds are infested with HUGE BED MITES. People who were staying at the resort including me and my friends were covered in baking sodas because of the bites. The hotel staff just takes note and said that the bugs were coming in thru the window panels. Maintenance spray RIDSET insect spray on the mattresses. Spent money going to the clinic to get a jab. The scares are ugly on the feet and buttocks and it still itches until today when exposed to heat.

The room was big for me. I got the 1 bed room apartment at one of the building which i am not sure which wing or which building i am at. I was not been informed by the reception what other asset or building does Pulai Springs have in its area as it was a big place and i did not know where to go at the first place until i ask someone where to check in. The signboard or information was not enough. Check in was quick as i have pre booked the room and fill up a few information. Room condition was clean but maybe a bit outdated. Television channel can be improved with more cable or can used the free MY Freeview TV. I did not spend much time wondering the hotel since i cannot run the next morning due to heavy rain. Breakfast was served according to the time slot given about 45 minuets. Breakfast was ok but can be more exiting. Its still a good hotel in a very quite place.

Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor in Senai, Johor is one of the most complete resort destinations in the country, with a luxurious deluxe-category hotel, 3 award-winning golf courses, spa, M.I.C.E., sports and leisure facilities and much more. Veritably, it is where you can do anything and everything, or simply do nothing at all!
I checked in late 10pm at the resort. Fast check in procedures and friendly front desk staff. I am having a deluxe double room. The room is clean and air-conditioned. The air ventilation is good and having a small balcony with views. My room is facing golf course. You can choose room with facing swimming pool, if you bring kids. So you can see what your kids doing, while you in the room. The breakfast starts 7am. Quite standard hotel breakfast buffet. Food is good and well prepared. The room bathroom is also standard, with standing shower, a separate bathtub, and a toilet. The toilet space is little small in term of space. When you sit on the bowl, the walls are just by the side of you. The room TV is a sad thing to share. The channels are limited and video resolution is bad. Do recommend to bring your own hdmi cable to connect to your own laptop or phone or PlayStation. There is stream iron and iron board in the room. Perfect for those need business suit for next day meeting. The iron board cover is a little old and discoloration. There is a small fridge in the room, however it is empty. Do bring your own drink or fruit if you need it during your stay. Free Wi-Fi but limited to 3 devices. In general, this is a good place for short business trip stay. Free and easy. The room price is around RM150++/night, quite standard and affordable. Value for money. Do help me click the "helpful" button if this review helps you. Thanks.

Hasina Resort offers a modern cabin-style resort design. The cabin style accommodation provides a comfortable place to stay with up to 3 guest per unit, complete with 1.5 hp air-condition , shower, tv and private balcony seating area. Soem of of the cabin also provides a refrigerator and freezer to put your frozen foods. Open hall dining pavilion is also available for guests anytime to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. It also has a large parking area, suitable for those who want to do family gatherings or private events. Although the stairs access to the beach is quite steep, but I can guarantee the view are worth it. Just bear in mind that the beach is not suitable for swimming because it is full of rocks.
